hotel sapna International

Visited this hotel on 12.07.25. Very very horrible experience and terrible. 🙏 1)Bathroom door not working, 2)Fan not working, 3)Bedsheets no cleaning. It seems that weekly once washing by management. 4)Room not cleaned properly. Sand & dust are on the floor of the room. 5)Geiser not working properly. Hot water not coming continuously. Geiser is taking 15min gap for hot water. 6)Masquitos problem is there in room. Not provided anything in the room to save from masquitos. 7) in the room, it seems that AC removed from one place and installed in another place i.e. TV side. But, they have not done any covering/plastering in old place. Simply they left the old place without works. 8)One more important thing is 'parking'. There is no facility for parking. Have to be parked on the road in front of other shops. Here also, drainage leaked and coming mud water with worst smell. 🙏🙏🙏 Given complaint in reception. The person, simply stated that "today all rooms are full. I can provide another room tomorrow morning". Thank you.

Awarded 2 stars for the fact that things in general worked- ie plumbing, fan, AC etc. Room cleanliness needs to improve. They're Infested with cockroaches that are not afraid to join you in bed while you sleep... Oh and the hotel is on the 3rd floor, and, as of the time if writing this review there was no elevator access.

No parking space has to be parked on the road. Rooms washroom electric power not working correctly. Until you ask for basic necessities like towel soap for the deluxe room they won't provide you. The room design is good it was clean.

The worst hotel that I've been in so far, the rooms are filled with mosquitoes and cocroaches, couldn't even sleep for 3 hrs in the room. Please don't plan your stay at this hotel

Nice place to stay, friendly staff and owner well built and have hassle free check in and check out . Good food in the surrounding area, liked it !

Very very clean and tidy. Just reachable from Bidar railway station. Beautiful rooms. American standard closests. Very clean and fresh rooms. Must stay.

So sapna hotel is a very nice hotel the staffs were very friendly the rooms were very neat and the location was very nice in the mane road
