i dont think anybody should ever come to this hotel. These people will charge you the highest amount possible and provide you with the worst possible amenities. I was horrified to see the room condition. there was paan juice spit on the wall behind the door, the wash basin was damaged with the water coming out very thin from the tap. the hotel staff was also not at all nice. I had broken my sensor key accidentally and they had the audacity to charge us 1000 rupees for it having such a nonsense room while they themselves provided us most of the things broken, dirty and rusty.and we paid double the price for the mineral water( it was not even complementary). the showers are also damaged, commode was so so dirty that they look uncleaned for atleast 10 years. the mug was also broken. the flush was also broken, the taps old and rusty. overall they provided 0 for the comfort and convinience for their guests. expect the prime location of this place, everything was a 0 for me. i should not have stayed here ever. you can get a little idea of the poor condition of the hotel from the reception room itself. experience. money is precious. so spend it judiciously somewhere else and not here. now you guys can decide the rest. . so i rate it a 1/10. absolute rubbish of a hotel.

I booked hotel sapna marine via makemytrip app at 3514 rupees for one day on 4/5/2024. Hotel is located in south Mumbai near Bombay hospital. When I checked in receptionist showed me a room which was very dirty. Rooms were not well maintained and dirty. Very small and untidy rooms. Bed sheet and comforter were stained. Very bad smell was coming from room which make stay uncomfortable. Wall paint is flickering out due to dampness. Walls are damp due to water leakage and fungus were grown on the wall and ceiling. Very old and rusted furniture. Cupboard was infiltrated by termites and pests. Room was stinky because of dampness and fungus grown on the walls and ceiling. The other rooms were also dirty and not at all maintained. When I requested the hotel manager to change my room then he showed me two other rooms which were also stinky and untidy and refused to do so and replied that hotel is full and no other rooms are available he just changed the bedsheet and told me this the only room which he can offer. Then I complained to makemytrip via mmt app and over phone call however issue was not resolved. I had to stay whole night in that dirty and stinky room which made my stay a nightmare. Even lobby and corridor wall were damp and fungus grown over the wall and paint were flicked. Receptionist was very rude and not sat all cooperative and staff were unprofessional. No complementary water bottles were provided by hotel and when I requested he replied that water bottle are chargeable which was double the price of a bottle we get from outside. No toiletries were provided except a very cheap soap and shampoo sachets. When I requested for dental kit shower kit and hair kit then hotel staff refused to provide me the same. Except for the location this hotel has nothing to offer at this price. You can get much by hotel in half of the price. I am seriously regretting why I booked this hotel. I booked this hotel without seeing Google reviews of this hotel and I am regretting for it. I booked this hotel as I was having some work at bombay hospital and considering its proximity with hospital I chosen this hotel without seeing its reviews. I will advise you to go through google reviews of other customers also before booking this hotel.

A Costly Stay at Spna Marine:- After a recent stay at Spna Marine, I feel compelled to share my experience, as it was far from what I expected. While the hotel boasts luxurious amenities and a prime location, the exorbitant prices overshadowed any potential enjoyment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a grand facade and a welcoming lobby, hinting at the opulence within. However, as I checked in and saw the price breakdown, I couldn't help but feel a pang of regret. The cost of the room far exceeded what I would consider reasonable for the value provided. Entering the room, I expected to be blown away by lavish furnishings and impeccable attention to detail. Instead, I was met with a standard setup that could easily be found in hotels charging half the price. The decor was outdated, the furniture showed signs of wear, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The amenities promised were present, but they failed to justify the steep price tag. The supposed "complimentary" services felt more like obligatory inclusions to justify the high cost rather than genuine offerings for guest satisfaction. One would hope that the dining options would provide some reprieve from the disappointment of the accommodations. Unfortunately, even the meals came at an unreasonable premium, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. In terms of service, while the staff were polite and accommodating, I couldn't shake the feeling that they were aware of the hotel's overpricing. There seemed to be a disconnect between the value proposition and the reality of what guests were receiving for their money. Overall, my experience at Spna Marine was marred by the excessive cost relative to the quality of the stay. While the location may be desirable and the facade impressive, it's clear that the hotel is capitalizing on its reputation rather than delivering on its promise of luxury. Unless significant improvements are made or the pricing structure reevaluated, I cannot in good conscience recommend Spna Marine to fellow travelers.

This is just a sad place. Extremely dirty, no maintenance, and damaged furniture. Nothing in this hotel is worth the amount they charge.

Worst experience at the hotel. I have talked to night manager and told us to checkin at 8.00am but the morning shift manager denied. Unprofessional behaviour. They don't keep on their words. Hospitality is also poor. Did not recommend this place to stay

It's an okay place for staying at Fort. But the rooms are only big enough for 2 people, 3 if you can adjust. There are many cockroaches coming thru the drainpipe in the washroom also. If you can adjust well, this is okay.

The location is awesome, the airport, the railway station, market, marine drive, everything is just near the door....service wise the hotel staff performs pretty well, they are kind, and friendly too, even we get a mini refrigerator in our room also. Their furnishing is also well mentained, i did not gave it a five star because when i visited there, their intercom was not working, so i jad to face some inconveniences for that reason, although it will be fixed soon as they said. Rest all is good. VERDICT: this hotel is a value for money hotel, best in the price range probably. NOTE: It will be better if you order food from outside as its in house resturant is very costly, but the taste is very good, specially the veg hyderabadi dum biriyani.
