Hotel Sapphire

Very good experience to stayed in sapphire hotel. Staff is very polite and well maintain cleanness of hotel. Rooms are specious and comfortable. They have different types of room category with or without a/c. Price is also affordable and budget friendly. I find and read all reviews of this hotel on google nd decided to stay here and my decision was fulfilled and very satisfied with my time spend in hotel sapphire.

They rooms are absolutely dirty. Stained and dirty bed sheets and dirty floor. Shower head was clogged and could barely take a good shower. Dust all over the floor. They Will take 1500 advance payment. - Don’t give them 1500 for a dirty stay. The front desk employee was friendly but ownership is extreamly bad. ATTENTION - don’t fall for this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

Very nice Hotel close to bus stand as well as Railway station. At very reasonable rates. Very neat and clean rooms. Service is very good. Nature of staff is very cooperative and supportive.

I’ve never come across such an impeccably run establishment. The owner is magnificent. The rooms are super clean and large. Location is amazing

Good, specious and clean rooms. Staff is very supportive and co-operative. We stayed here 7 days for official work and got very satisfied stay.

This hotel was nothing like what you see in the pictures. Rooms were dirty, sheets has blood stains, bathroom was also dirty. We paid for AC room and AC was not working, when we asked front desk, they did not hesitate to lie on our face. I wishI took pictures but i don't want to stand there for a second. Stay away its a scam.

Some staff member are good, but the owner is bit rude, the suite room are a big no no, they are not clean at all at first, we have to ask them to clean, even the bedsheet have stains and if asked the same is not changed, the staff says. Please think twice before booking the rooms over here, location is good and again saying some of staff members are good, while some are very very rude

When I went to stay at this hotel, there was a boy at the reception. His manner of speaking was very bad and his behavior was also not good... I had to stay in the room for 4 hours just to freshen up and I was ready to pay enough for 24 hours, but even then the boy kept begging me for more money... After this review, the owner will defend his hotel, but brother, not all reviews are wrong...
