was welcomed with warm hospitality, a clean and comfortable room and overall great service. The hotel is a 7 minute walk away from the center of the city, and there was secure parking with cameras. I very much enjoyed my stay!

Amazing staff, very helpful and very friendly. Anything is possible! I’ve had a stay for 3 days. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. This was my first time visiting Kosovo and will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again! Super thankful for the staff of this hotel, you guys made my trip complete. X

Amazing Hotel with a really nice and friendly staff who are always there and welcoming. Loved my room and the Location was really good. They even let me use the indoor pool. 10/10

I don’t recommend it at all. The room wasn’t that great, we only went because there was a pool. In the middle of summer, the water was super cold, you couldn’t stay in it at all. I really didn’t like it.

It had too much problem about the first room. Of course they tried to solve my problems but I've seen nobody fix the broken things. But location was good.

The room was so clean and the beds were so comfortable .I would recommend
