Amazing staff, very helpful and very friendly. Anything is possible! I’ve had a stay for 3 days. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. This was my first time visiting Kosovo and will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again! Super thankful for the staff of this hotel, you guys made my trip complete. X

So I stayed a couple of nights in Kosovo (Pristina and Prizren) on a solo trek around Eastern Europe.|I found Pristina a crazy and chaotic city, but not necessarily in a bad way!|This hotel was ridiculously cheap and I was trying to stay in a decent hotel, but they were just the prices (under €40 for one night) so I went for this hotel.|Very nice reception area and my room was nicely decorated...I was impressed.|My shower was a little annoying, but it was not too bad for a short stay.|Breakfast was a bit of an odd set up, but it was fine.|I noticed they don't always have staff around which I thought was funny, but the couple of staff members I came across were perfectly polite.|There is a shop very close, but be warned while absolutely no concerns walking around Pristina I would say it's quite a confusing street lay out and maybe better to just get a taxi (very cheap) and get to the main square and go from there.|Pristina is odd, but interesting I'll say and go visit the rescued bears (Four Paws International) as that is not too far.|I was pleased with this hotel.|Thanks,|Irish Travel Man.|

Hotel Sara is a fantastic choice in Pristina! Located just minutes from the city center, it offers unmatched convenience. The hotel is impeccably clean, with a stunning ambiance, an indoor pool, and a sauna that are perfect for relaxing. The staff is incredibly polite, professional, and attentive, ensuring a flawless stay. Everything about this hotel, from its amenities to its service, is top-notch. Highly recommended!

The hotel is just normal, nothing special. The rooms were okay, some things didn’t work well. Breakfast was awful. The spa was tiny and lovely.

Room hygiene was bad, and the breakfast was the worst I've tried in Europe. The lady in the reception was friendly even if she doesn't speak English

It was a nice hotel, centrally located in Pristina, within walking distance of Kosovo parliament and the main boulevard. All the amenities could be found easily around the area while the ancient region of the city is all around the place. The rooms are nice but a but undercared in some ways while for the price it wasa nice place.

The location worked our great for us - short walk up to the boulevard with loads of shops and restaurants and not far from the Clinton statue and the cathedral. Spacious clean rooms with decent aircon and exceptionally nice helpful staff. We had originally planned to stay out towards the bus station but I’m very glad we didn’t in the end. Hotel can organize taxis at very reasonable rate. Def stay here again when back in the city

We were in this hotel because we heard they were offering shelter for free to people fleeing the earthquake of the November 26 in Albania. We did find the hotel to be good, warm and very clean. The owners and the staff were very warm-hearted people. We will never forget their kindness!
