Anotherday and another pathatic stay at Sarawan - worst ever experience - dont know why they are providing a cheap , un healthy , poor services with very high rates Tge hotel was just lije a ghost place. Intercome out of order, bathroom just like a miserable place like pool, overall vvvvv dis apointed

One of the worst hotels to stay at ,water is constantly cold so could not shower breakfast is very poor and no hygiene is used on the first floor. The cutlery is poor and broken ,tables and windows are dirty.breakfast is not fresh and served cold.

Old building hotel with spacious reception and small rooms. Reception management and room services seemed poor. They offer nothing in complementary even a bottle of water. Old system of escalator with pushing gate. There were mosquitoes in the rooms too

All rooms and lobby needs major upgrading. Some major investment could easily bring back the glory days. The staff are very friendly and accommodating when they can and the best part is the location, depending on what is your intention of visit.
