Hotel Satyam

We took a deluxe room Paid 2500 for three people (extra mattresses bed included) Kind enough to stay us 30 minutes extra(during checkout) What was not included - 1. TV is there but for show. No connection 2. Wifi is there but only for ground floor 3. An old window AC without remote(cooling started around 2 am post midnight) 4. Telephone is there but no line 5. Manager will give you number but won’t receive 6. Bathroom stinky (no towels or basic amenities like soap) 7. Stool in bathroom with flexible legs(once you sit it will expand and make you fall) 8. No hot/cold water 9. Boiler jug is there but again no cord 10. For water you have to go down to restaurant to get it filled 11. No service as such 12. People are polite manager mostly on phone 12. Restaurant employees are rude. We visited other restaurant for our lunch dinner and next day breakfast 13. Only plus point - 200 mtr near temple My advice - book your room little farther like 1 km or so but find a decent hotel. 20rs charge erickshaw will take to drop nearby temple. Good for elderly couple but then no lift so. I will avoid this hotel from next time.

Hi , i visited this place in March 2025. First hotel service is very bad , rooms are not maintained properly nor there is any cleanliness in room and in hotel passages. Service provider attitude is very very bad hopeless and helpless servant. Request you not to book room in very cheap rate also you will regret later on.

One of the worst hotel in ujjain very bad rooms very bad smell, there are many cockroaes inside the rooms, the staff is so much worst that they don't have manners to talk with the customers, this hotel is so much worst that i dont even want to waste my single star on them, you u can enjoy stay with many of the cockroaes in the rooms, one of the best thing is that, when u will go to washroom you can enjoy bathing 2in1, itna aacha wala leakage h rooms m no need to waste time tor bathing 🤣🤣 🤣.

I booked my room a month ago from booking.com and if there’s a thing called catfish in hotel rooms that’s what exactly happened with me. AC was not cooling, the room was a matchbox size amongst the other things. But the only good thing was the receptionist was very helpful so I have given one extra star to this place only because of the receptionist. For those who are wondering where’s the exterior of this hotel as there are 0 pictures of this hotel’s exterior here’s one for you.

Very very Bad experience. It cost me 2400+ in online booking. The images showed are all fake. The interior is very pathetic. Bathroom condition is worse. No lift. There are worms in bathroom water(most disgusting part). Rooms are not neat and clean. Parking is not available at hotel. You have to park your vehicle at nearby parking which can be around 200 mtr distance from hotel and it might cost 300 rs per day.

Okay experience in the cost we booked the place. You will get better hotels than Hotel Satyam which are little bit far from temple but your experience will be good than what we had. Please book only if other nearby hotels are booked. Thank you.

Extremely rude and pathetic staff. Book this hotel if you want to ruin your Ujjain trip. Cracked walls, no heated water.No AC at INR 2150/- My room was having a very strong odor of cigars. Better plan your trip in advance and book at Mahakal Bhakt Seva Nivas next to Bharat Mata Mandir run by RSS.
