Hotel Savoy

Location is perfect but be prepared. The building is old with an old style lift - probably original. The quaint rooms have very high ceilings and are in need of renovation. Gives a glimpse into how things used to be. A wide variety of good at breakfast. If the place is renovated, I will return.

Unfortunately no warm water in my room. The towels stink. It's a very depressing hotel. But if u like that climate it can be nice. The reception is open all night and they are nice. Nice lift they have, very old. But two stars cause of the cold water and the stinking towels. And no real soap and other little things that can make a cheap hotel into a nice place.

The building seems to be not renovated many years. The room for one person is small in comparison to other hotels. There was everything you need towels, shampoo, soap. The stuff is nice and the women cleaning rooms are willing to help you. You hear all things in corridor. People talk and walk. The walls should be thicker.

Old fashioned hotel with lots of art deco and post war features. Great food breakfast loads. Evening meals are good value and bar drinks are good value. We found a lot of places pub and bars charge at weekends . Well worth its money at weekend and great staff and service .

I was tired in the city of Łódź and this place was very affordable and a great place to charge my phone for the night. Prices will fluctuate but I got a room for approximately £20 GBP. That's great value for a place to lay your head.

This place has a very special spirit. It's worth the money - not expensive, but clean and decent. Nice view and a very pleasant coffee place just across the street.

geez... Don't fall for the name. Refurbished (possibly Catholic) students' home ... old furniture, old ... everything. I'd find anything else for this amount of money that's available. It being close to where I had the venue for which i travelled is not an excuse for its state.

Faded grandeur of the early 20th(?) century. A 2 star hotel. Rooms are large. Quick hot water. Smell of stale cigarette smoke migrates up the ventilation shaft.
