Long weekend with my daughter for my 4th visit to Wroclaw. Location perfect. 5 minutes walk from Renoma bus stop and 10 minutes from train station. Turn left from hotel and walk 3 minutes and you will find the 'Anonymous Pedestrians' statue, across the road from there are the railway terrace bars and restaurants. Turn right and walk 10 minutes straight in to the main town square. Our room was very spacious, and even had a small lobby with full length mirror between the door and the bedroom. Bathroom was also specious. There was a large balcony which was lovely as it was hot during our stay, and even a fridge in the room which was very handy. We didn't have breakfast as we preferred to eat in the many cafes and bars in the area. My only complaint was that the room was not cleaned at all during our stay. The beds were not made, and the towels weren't changed. I even had to go to reception and ask for a toilet roll on our 2nd night. As I do not speak Polish and the staff did not speak English it was hard to explain. However, on return, after pointing this out to Booking.com, I was given a £20 refund on our stay, which meant it had cost us just £30 a night for the room, so a real bargain price.

Very poor experience. Looks shabby, noisy from the trams, bed was uncomfortable, tv doesn't work (no channels set up), shower doesn't work (cant switch from bath to shower). |Central location but it does not compensate for the shortcomings.

The location is fantastic - a few metres from the Old Town but in quite a quiet area - or at least our room faced some courts. 15-minute walk from the bus and railway stations. The breakfast was sufficient - buffet with lots to choose from (if we consider the room price). And our room was a corner one and had two small balconies.||||The room was rather small and the door was difficult to open, at first we thought we didn´t have the right key. Equipment rather simple - two beds, a small TV, one bedside table, a little desk, 2 chairs and a kettle - but only two plastic cups so the kettle was absolutely useless.||Bathroom OK, but almost no toiletries.||||Staff Ok, helpful but looked rather annoyed or tired.

We stayed for one night only on Saturday and had a free parking right next to main entrance. The rooms were clean and bright. However the bathroom is out of this world:), very small and uncomfortable. The breakfast is good, but nothing special, just regular staff. Anyway for the price we paid - i would definitely recommend to visit it

Perfectly situated hotel with ery warm and nice personal. Rooms are not the luxurious, bathroom was really bad, but the price fits its quality! Breakfast was ok but in very small room so it was hard to fit there, but then the food and drinks were ok. Perfect hotel when you do not need the best luxus, are glad to save some money, but want to be in the city centre!

Well-situated for the Christmas markets. Certainly not luxurious but for less than £133 we had a twin room for 3 nights, with breakfast and it was central-heated. We had a kettle but only plastic cups (we took our own cups) and no coffee/tea/sugar etc. We were there last year so we knew what we needed to take this year. Our room was on the back of the building, with a Juliet balcony. We didn't find it noisy. Staff were very friendly. Close to a shopping mall and lots of other shops. The reception desk is on the first floor, as is the lift. Not too good for anyone unable to climb stairs, or so we thought until the last day we were there, struggling with a heavy suitcase. The girl on reception showed us to another lift (which she had to use a key for) which went down to the bottom floor. All we needed to do was ask.

This is the choice if you are looking for something cheep with good location. Location is great, walking distance to historical center. But not renovated, clean 3 out of 5, smells old, can be noisy due to trams. Not for long stay trips. Reception is quite friendly. I haven't check breakfast.

I was new in the city and this was my first visit to this place. I booked this hotel online and was not at all disappointed with my choice. Everything was perfect. Food, services of staff, rooms all was good. No issues of cleanliness or services. All the members of staff are very polite and friendly. They took all the pains to make our stay comfortable. Overall a nice experience and I would strongly recommend this place for all types of travelers.
