Hotel Schani Salon

Absolutely amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Kristina at reception/bar was so lovely and helpful. She gave us perfect directions.... she heard us saying how much we love the Manner wafer biscuits in Vienna, and we couldn't believe when we returned to our room later in the evening she had placed a pack of the wafer biscuits on our door with a personalised note. She's a superstar. Hotel is clean, cool and location is perfect for everything. Great experience!!

Great location. 15 minute walk to main tourist attractions. Set on a busy shopping street but the hotel is not affected by the noise. Hotel entrance is set back from the street and accessed via a lift. Free coffee and pastries throughout the day. Basic breakfast. Hotel feel and the rooms are quirky. Friendly staff.

I chose this hotel for it's location to the city centre and it's competitive pricing. It looked well presented in pictures online and to be honest we just needed a bed for a couple of nights. Our trip to Vienna was an add-on/afterthought to a vacation elsewhere, so budget was tight. All I can say is wow - we were blown away by the quality of our stay here, the staff waited up for our late check-in and they provide complimentary croissants for breakfast as well as hot drinks/fruit through the day. The room was delightful and the main hotel 'lounge' had a really nice vibe to it. This place is tucked away but still right in the thick of it, being literally on the doorstep of the museum district of Vienna. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We were in Vienna for three nights. Hotel Schani Salon was a great place to stay. Clean and tastefully decorated room, very comfy bed. The hotel is very close to the underground. We loved the croissants, coffee and fruit in the morning, and there are other fabulous places nearby. Thank you for a great stay!!

This is a hotel recommended for travelers to Vienna. The location is right in the middle of famous attractions, so transportation is very convenient. The breakfast was adequate and the free coffee was good. The staff are all friendly. If I go to Vienna, I will visit again.

Good budget friendly hotel in the heart of the city. Standard single rooms are little compact.

Situated along the main road of shops just outside the City centre, close to the Museumsquartier. Lift or stair access to the hotel which is situated above the shops. Very convenient for the underground (2 stops to the centre) and easy travel to the main railway station and the Airport train). Naturally the centre is magnificent The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. As a small boutique hotel this was exactly what we were looking for and recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Vienna without staying in a large (and often) impersonal hotel.

Really great hotel with an amazing boutique feel at an affordable price. Decor is cute, everything was modern and comfortable. The fact that the bar is open 24/7 is amazing. Had a great time chatting to the staff throughout our stay. We were in town to see Taylor Swift and were devastated by the cancellation. The staff and vibes of this hotel was a soft place to fall after all of that. Thank you everyone!
