We booked a deluxe room and were in room 9. The room itself was okay - not like the beautiful and cosy rooms you see online. Our room was just white with bright stone ground. No decoration. Sadly two of three windows couldn't be opened. Especially the window in the bathroom would have been important because after a bath or shower the bathroom was very steamy. If you look closely there are also a few spots on the walls/wood where humidity lead to mold. The drainage of the bathtub was very slow as if the pipe is almost clogged. The cleaning was also not done properly because in the bathroom there was a layer of dust on the heater next to the bathtub. On our bed there were blue small pillows which had 'dried' dirty spots... Besides that I would say that there could also be bathrobes offered for the deluxe rooms. We only had the basic of one big and one small towel per person. And the big towel wasn't like a sauna towel, it was a standard one.
I expected more from the deluxe room if I am being honest, since it costs quite a bit more than the normal rooms which looked even more beautiful and more comfortable on the pictures online.
Generally the hotel entrance, the bar, the outdoor area, the restaurant areas etc looked absolutely beautiful and special! The decoration is impressive and the dark lights make it cozy. It's almost like a filmset. The stuff at the reception was very kind and friendly. The online check in was easy, the check out was easy too. The breakfast was also nice - they have fresh bread and buns, even varieties with seeds and sweets. They have different toppings (cheese, thin sliced meats, different kinds of jam), veggies, fruits, egg, bacon, juices, infused water, joghurt and different kinds of granola :-)
I would go there again but I would definitely not book the deluxe room anymore. It was a disappointment. If you charge more, at least you also have to keep the standard (hygiene and decoration wise) besides just the extra of a bigger bathtub.
