Hotel Schwarzer Adler Kitzbühel - Adults Only

A great cosy only adults boutique hotel in the heart of Kitzbühel . Few minutes walking from the train station . Please note that Kitzbuhel has three stations . The station near the hotel is the Hanekamm. The welcome was really warm and we were offered a glass of sparkling wine together with many information about the Christmas market , restaurants and other points of interest . The bellboy from Greece was really exceptional and also the Greek girl at the reception and her Spanish colleague.|Room on 4 th floor was fantastic. A great view of the mountains. The room was super clean , with great lighting and comfy bed. |Breakfast was great and also the service.|The highlight of this boutique hotel is the roof top heated outdoor pool that you have to try .|Spa is also super complete with indoor heat pool, all kinds of saunas, laconium , steam bath and many other facilities. |I highly recommend this hotel and definitely we will be back . Kudos to Harrish hotels for such a fantastic product.

We stayed here for a week, when booking the room the receptionist was super informative and helpful. Once we arrived (very easily accessible) we could park in front on the hotel while they unloaded and parked the car for us, also placed our ski gear into the ski room, we were greeted with champagne and smiles, everyone was extremely nice! The room was super spacious, great balcony, and nothing missing except for maybe a coffee machine. Breakfast was amazing, everything was delicious, huge choice, fresh fruits, juices (juice presser), and incredible service! On my birthday, I received the most delicious marble cake from the staff, they were very cute! The cleaning lady was super nice and always made sure our room was super clean, we could communicate a bit as she was Hungarian-Ukrainian and she was always super friendly and flexible in timing.. the Spa was great too, and the masseuse Elena was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is a couple minutes away from the first cable car station by foot, and a minute from the centre. The food was also delicious during lunch, and the service was very nice. When we visit Kitzbühel again, we will DEFINITELY stay at this hotel!

Excellent location. Friendly team. Great breakfast included. Very nice and quiet spa area. A pleasure not to hear screaming children in the pool area although on other occasions it’s nice to hear them. |My wife and I had excellent massages which we both agreed were delivered professionally and with pride so as to make the price seem good value. Thanks Elena and Yelena.|The ski locker is large and with plenty of boot warmers. You can purchase your ski pass from the hotel reception and through out they were courteous. |We still have two more days but just incase I forget I wanted to review now. Others may have different experiences but from travelling extensively I will put this down as a hotel to recommend and hopefully return to.|Thanks team.

My mom and I stayed at hotel schwarzer Adler for a short weekend getaway. We had an amazing time! At the arrived the line bellboys immediately parked our car and brought our luggage to the room. The check in was extremely fast and we were also offered something to drink in the meantime. The bar + restaurant have an amazing choice of drinks and food (especially the truffle pizza slayed hardddd!) The room was amazing and also the spa had everything you needed. Only the gym was a little hot but we still managed to squeeze in a good workout! Obviously the location of the hotel is amazing and everything you need was close by. Even a billa in case you need any snacks or whatever in your room. Especially the staff was EXTREMELY nice and helping with whatever we needed. So I/we can DEFINITELY recommend staying at this hotel. Had a really nice stay here for skiing. Breakfast was really nice and the room was really nice and comfortable.

Great stay in Kitzbuhel. Breakfast was one of the best for a small hotel, bar was lovely, and staff very helpful and friendly. We used both the rooftop pool and spa facilities which were a great bonus. Only issue we found was no air con or temp control in the room so we found it to be quite warm at night.|Overall would recommend as close to the slopes and centre of town.

The rooftop swimming pool with the view is an hit.|One not luxury moment: we asked to have a pooridge with oat milk or water (to replace the one with cow milk on the buffet/for allergy reasons). After 10 minutes, the waitress came back telling us that the cook doesn't want to prepare that for us.
