We have just completed a wonderful week-long vacation in St. Anton, made truly special thanks to the hotel’s perfect ambience, warmth, and coziness. Above all, thanks to the exceptional, kind, and genuinely welcoming service provided by your entire team. From reception to restaurant, bar, spa, and housekeeping, every interaction was handled with professionalism, attentiveness, and sincere kindness. Whatever we needed was always met with a smile and a readiness to help, which made our stay both relaxing and memorable. It was a pleasure staying with you, and we very much hope to return soon. Convenient location, easy to reach by train from Innsbruck. Room was spacious and clean, plenty of room to store clothing. Spa services were nice and wellness area well kept and clean. Outdoor pool was a great plus. Staff are the real stars of the show. From reception to the restaurant, I felt very welcomed and service was always attentive, even as a solo traveler. Food was always good, breakfast buffet was extensive and dinners menus were delicious with multiple options, including a vegan menu. Overall, great value for a luxury experience, I would highly recommend thanks to the kind and helpful staff.

Really extraordinary Hotel. It'd not often that I find myself so comfortable in a hotel that I don't want to go out and explore. The Schwarzer Adler has a high level of expectation that it achieves through the superb kindness and helpfulness of its staff. And the best service was from the sweet and knowledgeable server Lena, who helped me with bringing my breakfast to my room and knew exactly hownI liked my coffee. |My room was very beautiful, and, considering it was not one of the "renovated" rooms, it was beautiful with flowered carpet beautiful armoire, wonderful bed and and pillows. The soap smelled lovely. |The food is really good, and some of the desserts were too pretty to eat (almost!)|You can have a fresh juice from.diverse fruits.|Thank you to Aphrodite, another lovely server who made the juice for me.|The housekeeper was so attentive and efficient. |The indoor pool was relaxing and just the right temperature. The spa area was so fine. I especially lived the outdoor area to the spa, where they have a little Japanese garden and you can sit and be calm, even as it raining.|A total delight and really difficult to leave.|I thank Herr and Frau Tchol, the owners of this magnificent hotel that has been proudly run by their family for generations. |Vielen danke! Wonderful hotel that has maintained the old world charm with modern luxuries. Great location. Incredible attentive, professional, kind staff. My room, 310, was very large, well laid out and lovely view of the town. The food, and restaurant in general, were fantastic - Tamas was superb. Many thanks for the incredible stay!!

We just came back from a wonderful week at Schwartzer Adler. In the last couple of years we've visited several hotels in the Italian and Austrian Tyrolian alps and the facility and hospitality at Schwartzer Adler is on par in most and better in some aspects. |We were a large group of three families with 6 adults and 8 children. The rooms were well laid out and comfortable, although a tad warm (easily resolved by opening a window). The playroom proved a hit with the younger crowd and the caregiver there really handled the kids well and they loved going there every night.|Tea time after ski was fantastic, really great to unwind and share the day's adventures, and the food at dinner was superb (breakfast is great, but we're not really breakfast people). There was always something to satisfy every guest.|Pools (both indoor and outdoor) were warm (the acoustics in the indoor pool are harsh but I think that cannot be helped really) and offered hours of post ski fun, and the sauna areas (both for families and adults) was fantastic.|Staff was super friendly and helpful, when things needed fixing they really responded quickly (we had a sink that didn't drain and before I hung up the phone to ask for housekeeping there was already someone at the door), and there was always someone with relevant expertise to answer any question we had.|In summary, the Schwartzer Adler offered such an unforgettable experience for us that when we left the kids begged us to come again. We're looking forward to our next time at the Schwartzer Adler!

The Hotel Schwarzer Adler in St Anton is an outstanding establishment, we can recommend every part of the hotel from the wellness to the bar and rooms but most of all the excellent dining experience, beautiful food and wine and and a very professional team looking after you. A top quality hotel run by lovely people...

Funny story. I thought I had booked here, and in advance of the trip asked them a lot of questions on their message system, which works great. They were incredibly helpful regarding transport from the train station, lift tickets, etc. Then I discovered I had TRIED to book here but they did not have availability. I was at a different hotel. I sent my apologies and told them that if they treat non-guests this way, it must be wonderful to be a guest! Some day I will find out!!

This is one of the better restaurants I've ever come across in a ski resort town. The cuisine is creative and well-presented. The chef sends out little "greetings from the kitchen" such as candied figs with bresaola, and the check comes accompanied by hand-made chocolates. The atmosphere is fancy and cozy at the same time, with lots of dark wood and ski-lodge touches.

Perfect Hotel in Austrian Alps My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and had an amazing time. The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - a beautiful retreat, in the heart of the walking district amongst the restaurants, bars, and shops, that offered warm, friendly service in a relaxed setting. We look forward to returning the next time we're in St Anton

A very nice Hotel with friendly staff, large rooms, a nice Spa and good food. Book the "Verwöhnpension" to enjoy an awesome meal every evening.
