Our one-night stay on a Saturday had some definite positives, particularly the impressive breakfast room in the brasserie - absolutely stunning! The food and service there were excellent. The bed was also very comfortable, and the room was generally nice with good coffee and shower products.
However, there were a few issues to note. The first room we had faced the street and was extremely noisy, so definitely try to avoid those rooms if possible. The second room, 421, facing the inner courtyard, was quieter, but the view wasn't great at all, and there was some kind of compressor noise. Also, the LED spot above the picture in the room stayed bright even when turned off, which needs to be fixed (you might not see the issue during daylight).
The spa is nice, and I loved the water beds in the relax room and the large sauna. But there are some maintenance problems that need attention. The last two Kneipp showers are broken, and it looked like a previous attempt to fix them didn't work. The only toilet in the spa was constantly running, and the plastic panel was broken. Additionally, the water in the cold dip pool and the cold foot pool in the Kneipp area didn't seem very clean.
Overall, while there were some very good aspects like the breakfast and certain spa features, the hotel needs to pay more attention to these kinds of maintenance details.
