An unforgettable stay from A to Z! We had an absolutely fantastic time at Hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with thoughtfully curated spaces that invite you to relax and feel at home. The food was outstanding - delicious, creative, and clearly made with local and seasonal ingredients. Both adults and kids were spoiled with excellent choices. The spa is a dream, and the hammam experience is truly one of a kind. I also had an incredible massage with Tatjana, she truly has magical hands! The kids’ club is perfectly equipped and the care was incredibly warm and attentive. Special thanks to the hotel director Claudia, who was always present and incredibly attentive, anticipating our wishes before we even voiced them. We felt completely cared for as a family and left feeling deeply relaxed and happy. We honestly can’t stop raving about this place - we’ll definitely be back

Excellent hotel with an authentic Swiss experience, and sustainability focused! Delicious breakfast and amazing dinner!! Lots of art scattered in the hotel. Loved everything!

I was at the hotel for few days and enjoyed every moment of it. It's a beautiful place with great service. We also had a massage at the spa and was one of the best I had so far. Thank you Ms. Karelly your hands are a blessing. The sauna, the hammam and the resting room where are also excellent.

We passed by the place dozen times during motorbike trips. Now, we decided to check in for a long weekend. The place is rather old and convoluted but, indeed, has a lot of hidden charm. Beautifully renovated and well managed. There’s plenty to do when weather is bad, they have first class spa, indoor pools, nice lounges, bars and restaurants. I really felt invited to spend hours there. Rooms are bright and relatively small but clean and very well equipt with all it needs for a longer and convenient stay. Wetzone is rather spacious and a bit classic. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathtub with old fashioned shower curtain. A cabin with fixed walls would fit much better to place and time. Breakfast is a true burner, greath selection and far not the classic buffet style as known from many luxury restaurants. Liked it very much. We had diner in the awesomly decorated restaurant which has a true modern swiss mountain decoration with lot of wood but none of the disgusting hunting and animalscul decoration known from lot of other places.|Very motivated, helpful and friedly people everywhere. Would always go there again..

I just spent a week at Hotel Schweizerhof as part of an organized ski week, and I was very impressed with the hotel. My room was on the “budget” level, yet it was spacious, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Also, one of the ski rooms was just around the corner, and I found this to be particularly helpful. We were on half-board for the week. Breakfast and dinner were always excellent and offered a lot of variety. Also, the sauna and the Hamam were beautiful and lovely to use. I found every hotel staff person I encountered to be friendly and helpful, which really made the week even more pleasant. Finally, I loved that the hotel is right across the street from the bus station/post office. I was able to ship my skis through the Swiss train system from Zermatt for just 12 Euros, and it was so easy to walk across the street and pick them up (they arrived on time…of course! 😄). Both the red and blue ski buses stop at the bus station, making it easy to start the day on the mountain. We were also able to ski down every day to a spot just across the street. For all these reasons, I highly recommend hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide.
