Hotel Schweizerhof St.Moritz

Room and views were perfect. Front desk was friendly and informative. Sam at the bar made our trip memorable. Super friendly and engaging. Breakfast was included and was a nice spread. Great food and shopping in the vicinity. Overall great experience!

Wonderful rooms, spacious and comfortable though a little dated. Gives an antique feel and look at some sections of the hotel. Breakfast was great with a good spread. People were kind and ever helpful. The views from the room we got was fantastic, the lake and the mountain across kept us glued to the windows a while. Overall great experience.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel during my visit in January 2024!!! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options that started my day off on the right foot. The view of the lake from my room was breathtaking, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop throughout my stay. Additionally, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hotel's location was also exceptional, being conveniently close to the ski lift and the center of Saint Moritz. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, stunning views, attentive service, and convenient location.

The hotel is very well located with easy access to the city centre as well as to the train station that you can conveniently access via the escalators. For arrival and departure they also offer a shuttle from/to the train station. All staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms with view to the lake have a stunning view. The Junior Suite has a nice corner where you can relax appreciating the lake views. This is in addition of the balcony that is certainly very nice, weather permitting. Nice touch with the free minibar that is refilled daily with refreshments, incl. some beer. There are plenty of restaurant options. Besides the variety of restaurants and bars in the hotel there are also plenty of additional options at walking distance too. Decoration is on the classic side and may not be to the taste of somebody looking for something more contemporary. I definitively can recommend.

Great location overlooking the lake, and from the roof terrace, it's fabulous. Some tooms have not been updatwd and definitely need to be done. Shame the hotel didn't tell us there is a courtesy bus for arrivals and departures ! Sam, the barman is a very nice chap with lots to chat about. The main restaurant offered a nice breakfast and the casual restaurant had great pizza and pasta, shame the restaurant it's self is so soulless. Needs different decor.

Great that hotel provided complimentary shuttle service from St Moritz train station to hotel. The hotel breakfast was great and with great view. The room furniture is a bit dated and the toilet needed a fresh look. Overall, our stay at the hotel was great. Thank you.

Hotel Schweizerhof is beautifully situated, looking down over Lake St Moritz. The view from a lake-view room is absolutely stunning: the lake, the snow-capped peaks, the town below. It sums up St Moritz in just one view, and it is worth going a long way just to stay there. Everything else about the hotel is wonderful too: we couldn’t fault it in any way.

It is a very nice hotel with great breakfast and fantastic view of St Moritz. The staff (Mr Darion, hope that I got his name right) was helpful and friendly and recommended a very good Italian restaurant. ||Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Schweizerhof St Moritz.
