Had the most memorable birthday date thanks to Chef Olivia at Sea Princess! From the warm hospitality to the effortless way she guided us through the menu, everything was top notch. The fish N chips were an absolute standout. Whole experience felt personal, thoughtful, and seamless. Highly recommend!!!!😊😊😊

I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at your hotel, which lasted over 22 days. While there were several positive aspects, I feel it is important to bring to your attention some serious concerns that affected the overall quality of my stay. Firstly, I would like to commend your housekeeping team for maintaining a high standard of room cleanliness and hygiene. The breakfast service was also consistently excellent and a highlight of my stay. However, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior and attitude of the front desk staff. Throughout my stay, I encountered repeated instances of unprofessionalism and rudeness. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk and room service lacked basic courtesy and communication skills, which made even routine interactions unpleasant. This level of service does not align with the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. I sincerely hope that hotel management takes this feedback seriously. The front desk is often the first and last point of contact for guests, and poor service in this area can significantly harm the reputation of your hotel, regardless of the quality of other services. I trust you will look into this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure a better experience for future guests. Thank you for your time and attention.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were a couple of positives, unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. Positives: The location is definitely a highlight – it's right on a private beach, which offers beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The variety of food available was also impressive, with multiple options to choose from at each meal. Negatives: The front desk staff were surprisingly rude and unwelcoming. From the moment we arrived, there was a clear lack of courtesy and professionalism. No help was offered with our baggage – we had to carry it ourselves from the car, which is not what you'd expect from a hotel of this level. Housekeeping was another letdown. We had to call multiple times for even a single request, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, the service was poor and lacked the basic hospitality one would expect.

Hotel is Good. Good amenities, breakfast buffet spread- tasty. Washroom lacked exhaust fan which caused smelly washroom area. Should also keep some freshner in the washroom area. Rooms are spacious, comfy beds- not those spring mattress which stressed your spine. Toiletries are provided. Hotel has a swimming pool and gives good view of the Juhu beach and the sea. Hotel has open area near pool where you can enjoy the sea view. Overall pleasant stay, would love to return next time.

Great hotel. Stayed for one night. Location is good. Close to the beach. Few rooms have a great view. Some have a side view to the beach. Breakfast is the only reason I would deduct 0.5 as the fruits and fresh juice were bland..probably a little stale. Most folks (other than reception men) were smiling and gave good vibes :)

We had a splendid experience at Sea Princess.||Master Chf Hemchandra and Chf Ajay prepared delicious food.||The F&B team specially Managr Sadakat , Manager Jai Singh and Mr Alan took very good care.||Loved the service & food👌.||Would like to compliment the staff at the lounge for playing amazing tracks and maintaining a celebrative vibe during anytime of the day which is unlike other places which play good music only when there is crowd.||Pool area is very well mantained and the washrooms are clean👌||All staff are professional. ||The hotel is very well managed.||Highly recommended hotel ❤️.

As we requested.|I specially thankful to Mr. Dhan Singh chef, and to Ms. Simran.|Additionally Thanks for Nirmala, (front office executive)|Arjun Singh chef - morning breakfast masala dosa.||I really wholeheartedly agree if these above gemstones staffs / kind of staffs is one of a central attraction points to visit again and again whenever the mumbai trip is there.|The guest room is always hygiene, clean, and well arranged along with best customised food service from restaurant.|The real and good atmosphere for every guest can be made only from there dedicated staff members.||But a small implementation need to done in that lady reservation manager, for whom I came to know was on leave..she was very rude and unhelpful nature.|The reason behind this, when I tried to book the room as I am regular yearly basis guest along with my family. She was handling me very impolite and rude.||Let see next year.
