Stayed for 2 days and had a disappointing experience. The staff, especially the managers, were unhelpful and lacked basic hospitality.
• Only one key card provided for the room, and when I requested an extra, I was met with endless questions instead of assistance.
• Room size was decent, but the TV didn’t work, and the power sockets are old, making it hard to charge devices—especially if you use an adapter.
• The only positive was the breakfast, which was quite good.
• However, if you have an early flight and need breakfast before the restaurant opens, the ₹1500 per person that one would pay for breakfast now gets just a tiny cup of tea and a couple of biscuits—absolutely unreasonable. This was despite informing the manager Anil 48 hrs prior that we needed at the very least some croissant or toast. Laughable room service were happy to provide these for additional charges.
Overall, terrible customer service and poor management. Would not recommend staying here
