Hotel Sea Princess

It was our first stay in this establishment on recommendation for just one night stay with my family on our way home back to London. We were greeted with warmth and checked in with courtesy. The room that was allocated to us was spacious for the 3 of us and the hotel accommodated the extra bed we had requested. We decided to stay on site for the evening and had dinner at the restaurant. The choice of menu was amazing and to our liking and the catered for our different palates. The breakfast was amazing and check out was smooth. I would definitely book future stays on this hotel. All the staff were professional, courteous and friendly. |Thank for making our stay great.

The hotel has great location on the Juhu beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was quite elaborate and satisfying. In the evening you can enjoy the beach and pool side resturant. Overall value for money in a city like mumbai. No point of staying in expensive taj properties where you can only see the over crowded gateway !!

The hotel location is excellent. We stayed during Christmas and New Years. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve the party went on until 5am. When we complained the front desk person and manager just walked away from us, this happened twice. There were wedding every day so music blasting during the day. We paid more for ocean facing room apart from the view we got a lot of unexpected noise until wee hours of morning. The breakfast staff cared about getting your room number so you don’t eat free. They literally ask 2-3 times for room number. For some reason we couldn’t charge to the room and were asked to deposit cash at the check out they didn’t seem too enthusiastic about returning our money, took them 20 minutes. Never staying there again.

Had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Sea Princess! Everything about this place exceeded my expectations — from the well-managed parking area to the excellent hospitality of the staff. Everyone was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the breakfast spread had a great variety. The pool area and beachside location added to the charm — it truly feels like a perfect getaway within the city. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay was prompt and professional. I genuinely loved the overall vibe of the hotel — elegant, peaceful, and guest-focused. Would definitely recommend Hotel Sea Princess to anyone visiting Mumbai for leisure or work. It’s one of those places where you instantly feel welcomed and cared for.

We loved our stay! The view was beautiful, breakfast was excellent (had all the varieties a NRI is looking for such as dosa, eggs to taste, sabudana vada, chole poori), staff were attentive and nice, spa and gym services were good. Thank you a wonderful stay and for Mr. Nehal for accommodating our requests. The property is nicer than the Google Photos. We were pleasantly surprised. The only issue was that the lights in the room were confusing to turn on or off.

We really enjoyed our stay! The service is excellent, the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the location was excellent and right on the beach. Overall, I would highly recommend it!

Not at all worth for money. They charge full but rooms are alloted old to some and renovated to may be VIP'S. Old rooms has very hard mattress , called for stiff back in the morning. Upon request one reception staff agreed to change but duty manager gave weird look( some staff has very bad attitude). Still not changed. No politeness by major staff. If looking for good warm welcome, politeness , courtesy this hotel is 3/10 .

All around great experience. Room was spacious, clean. We are Indian vegetarians and were pleasantly surprised at the breakfast variety (south Indian, north Indian, even some Gujarati food + the usual intercontinental + chai ki tapri highly recommended). Car & driver was arranged well by Ashish & while 1 driver was not that good, other was great and all around good. Beach opposite the hotel wasn't too clean though (oh well, try a short auto ride to Versova beach which is cleaner) but pool is decent. Manager accommodated our late check out request quickly (no extra charge), so a plus for that too. Overall location is good, food was very good, staff (from bell boys to waiters & waitresses) were excellent, manager was also good.
