The rooms are sparkling clean. The staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. However it was pretty hot and without air-conditioning and only 1 fan in the room, the night was a little uncomfortable for our toddler. Had to keep the window open because of which road noise became an issue.

Hotel is worn out and tired looking in desperate need of a renovation. Rooms are VERY small even by European standards. No A/C for when the weather gets hot, only fan provided. Breakfast is no loner provided.Wifi is slow and stops intermittently for hours without explanation. No on site staff after 8pm?;The pricing is inflated due to its location.

Great hotel, location is amazing with easy access to town center with the tram and within walking distance too. Only downfall I would say is absence of Air Conditioning and lack of mosquito nets, it was quite hot end of May, so had to sleep with the window open and quite a few bugs and mosquitoes entered the room, however, the bed was one of the best ones I slept on by far, extremely comfortable and would recommend!

My team booked this hotel for attendees of a conference. While our guests were happy with the location, there was wifi problem and one guest was double charged (resolved later). More importantly, our organising team is not impressed with the communication. Email correspondence often contained conflicting information. To our surprise, the hotel refuses to issue a stay confirmation for conference attendees, which is needed for their reimbursement. It’s a pity things didn’t work out, as I would love to use the hotel again for future events.

Lovely girl on reception and location handy for visiting the City. |However a very small bedroom with no air conditioning and felt like trying to sleep in a Sauna.

Perhaps I got the worst room? If you are over 175cm, expect to struggle in a tiny shower. The sink is so small that I couldn't fill up my water bottle, and no water was left in the room. The walls were paper thin, and I could hear every word being spoken beside me, and the neighbour's TV. There were also a lot of moths in the room which were helping themselves to my wool coat. When I turned the radiator on, no heat came on and the black out curtain was too narrow for the window, so it was pointless. The hotel has a great location, reception staff were friendly and check in was seamless but the room was terrible and there is no breakfast on offer.

This hotel is wonderful and went above our expectations. The rooms are very clean with fluffy comfortable beds. The shower was great with hot water and good pressure. We opened our windows every night and the surrounding area was quiet. Buffet breakfast was excellent with breads, jams, cereal, cheeses, meats, and more. Ideal location with an easy walk to trains and trams and the ability to walk to most of the city sights.|I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again as the staff was lovely, especially Kristin.  She made our stay comfortable and fun.

Best kept secret in Zurich and one of my new favorite hotels. It’s a cute boutique hotel just a stone’s throw from a gorgeous lakeside walk and park. The staff was extremely friendly and they made us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, clean and they have excellent fans in the room to beat the heat. Excellent breaksfast in the morning that can be enjoyed on a charming covered terrace. Our trip was a quick weekend getaway from Lausanne and just one night at the hotel wasn’t enough! Next time we’ll stay a few days! Probably the best value for money in a hotel so far. Luxury, but not stuffy. Bonus : Great restaurant 50 meters away.

Yelp
Wow I cannot say enough great things about this place. First, its location close enough to the city center that you can walk everywhere and just a block from the water. The rooms are super clean and equipped with very nice amenities such as robes, a great blow dryer and everything is very clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was so peaceful to eat out on they deck. It even equips everyone with morning reading materials! For American travelers who don't speak strong German or French, we felt very comfortable and welcome. There were plenty of English translated materials, some of the staff spoke English and even some English tv channels. I would instantly stay here again and am not ready to leave.

Yelp
Traveled with our child and coordinated prior to booking that we would have a crib, which is why we booked here. There was not a crib in the room when we arrived but the front desk told us they would bring one up. We went out to dinner expecting it would be resolved. When we came back there was not a crib, and there was no one at the front desk to help. We reached out to the listed contact info and received no follow up until the next morning.

Yelp
Accommodations were good. Good size rooms for Europe. Great location and excellent service. We would definitely stay there again. A delicious breakfast was included with the rate. Short walk to the lake.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay in this quaint little Zurich Hotel. We had a big room, and a rather tiny bathroom with a shower, but everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The front office and other staff were very friendly, competent and helpful. Last but not least, we loved the selection at the breakfast buffet! Specialty coffees and teas, croissants, freshly made fruit salad, cheeses and charcuterie, jams, honey, muesli... as far as the eye can see. The hotel is also conveniently located to the lake, with a 1 min walk to the promenade. The only downside is that it is a bit of a walk to get to the train station, but since we had warm and sunny weather, we can't complain. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
I stayed for two nights at this hotel. It was nice and clean and did the job! No frills kind of place, though they had nice thick towels. My bath robe unfortunately was covered with wine and that made me uncomfortable.

Yelp
Lovely, small, quiet located hotel steps away from Zurich Lake, tram connections, shopping and fantastic dining. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast buffet is ample, fresh and very satisfying. If the The Latino restaurant is booked out you can still get their delicious food delivered to your room! I'm staying over 2 weeks at The Seegarten Hotel and would definitely next time in Zurich.
