A wonderful place to stay! Great views, incredible breakfast bar. Highly recommend. My only issue was the hot water had a slight sulfur smell, but that’s because the water comes from the deep geothermal wells. So didn’t bother us. Would stay here again! Love from Kentucky!

Lovely new hotel. Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms with big windows, desk and chair, 2 easy chairs with table. Plenty of hot water. Well laid out room with refrigerator, safe, TV, and decent lighting. Breakfast buffet was excellent! One of the best of my recent travels. I ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was also excellent. Highly recommend. Only issue was minor- in July, the entire building was too warm. In the room it wasn't an issue as windows could be opened, but with a room full of people at the buffet, it was a bit uncomfortable.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff is polite. They have a restaurant on premises and have happy hour. The breakfast buffet is included and I must say pretty excellent. So many offerings!! The dining and lobby area are very modern and nicely decorated. However the rooms or at least the one I was in are very dated. And the curtains did not keep the midnight sun out. They are large and the bathrooms are huge. Best shower in Iceland!! Just be careful of the hot water! It’s boiling hot. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s literally a one minute walk from the food hall, shopping etc. The town church is right behind the hotel on a riverwalk. With the location’s proximity to attractions and the airport its a nice hotel and a pretty good value. It was very quiet as well.

Good clean and comfortable hotel with large rooms. The restaurant could do with an upgrade as looked slightly worn, but otherwise this hotel suited our needs for our 1 night stay. Good free parking and excellent location for sight-seeing. |Eat in the Food Hall across the street. Lots of variety and delicious.

We stayed here two nights with two economy rooms. The rooms were small (as expected) but overall clean. Plenty of water pressure in shower - very nice. Comfortable mattresses. Patio doors opened to a small balcony and allowed fresh air into room. The breakfast was okay. Good coffee. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful! I would stay again. Tip - the food truck in the parking lot had really good fish and chips.

The hotel looked good from the outside and the room was clean. The designs are not as user-friendly compared to Berjaya hotels. I have only 3 hangers in my room. Both night stands were just chairs. The queen sized bed was made from 2 single beds. There was only one tiny trash bin in the bathroom. There were not enough places to put stuff. The shower is half glass half curtain but the water was still splashing everywhere. The shampoo, conditioner and body foam were all in one and the dispenser was placed OUTSIDE the curtain. So you have to open the curtain when you shower to get to the dispenser. Now you know why the floor was wet...

Good bar. Happy hour. |Breakfast large.|Rooms nice and clean. Comfortable beds.|Only complaint is lack of air conditioning but they did provide a good fan. |Location is convenient, walk to a couple restaurants and local burger bar that was easy.|Wed stay here again.|I saw people complained about bus drop offs of tourists but it wasn’t ever a problem for us.

The location, with included parking, is perfect for driving to the south coast at a slower pace. After a day of hiking, we parked the car at the hotel and simply walked across the street to the fairly new Food Hall, where we had a ton of dining options. It is also just a short drive to Kerid Crater, a spot we may not have gotten around to if we stayed somewhere further off the path. The price was great for what we got, and included a breakfast with a large variety of options! We booked three rooms total, and although two of them overlooked the parking lot and nearby neighborhood (a cute view), the third room had a fantastic view of the bridge and river. Check in and out were both simple, as was getting parking validation (we just had to enter our car information into a machine at check-in).
