Hótel Selfoss

We stayed for a day as part of our Southern Coast trip and found the room to be adequate. The room design is a little dated but the bed was comfortable with plenty of space. It was near to the supermarket and a food hall so there are plenty of choices for meals

This is truly a spectacular hotel! We got upgraded to Premium Suite that has breathtaking river view with Church. So peaceful and serene! Got free access for the steam room, hot tub and sauna with complementary bathrobes included. Food at their restaurant is five star quality and service. We had and exquisite dinner that felt like an anniversary dinner! The front desk provides excellent and friendly service. Would definitely stay here for our future endeavors.

Wonderful stay for 2 nights. The room was really spacious with amazing views especially in the snow. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a bath in the room which added to the luxurious feel. Continental breakfast which had plenty of choice and alovely restaurant and bar for the evenings. It even offered a wake up service for the northern lights. Highly recommend

Just excellent. Very comfortable room and bed. Bathroom was very good. Room was clean and quiet. The location is excellent as well as shopping, food and groceries being easily walkable. The area around the hotel is scenic too. The desk staff were very helpful.

Firstly, Agnes at front desk was absolutely lovely. She was kind, funny, and even upgraded us when she heard we were on our honeymoon. We loved her. The room was quite nice! I will say that I wish they provided more than a 2-in-1 hair & body wash, but I had brought my own hair stuff so it didn't bother me too much. Wifi was great. I'd stay here again

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I couldn’t find anything to complain about if I tried. Everything on the breakfast buffet was fresh and a good variety provided. ||In room amenities were great. Selection of coffees and teas.

This hotel is average at best. The rooms are nicely done and the location good. However, the restaurant clearly doubles as a business meeting room due to the unattractive, industrial looking furniture. I expected more care with the aesthetics given the food prices. My room key stopped working part way through my stay and the desk clerk was less than enthused about rectifying the matter. It was as if I had done something wrong. The hallway carpets are worn and stained and the elevator made odd noises.

Best hotel we got on our 10 days trip to iceland. Located centrally. Spacious rooms. Ample parking available. View from room was nice. Breakfast was good. Also had very good vegeterian options. Dominos,subway, grocery shop all r just infront of hotel so just walk for your needs. Old dairy farm _food court type restaurant Also just across the road..|We really enjoyed our stay
