Absolutely fabulous hotel with plenty of amenities to use. Infinity pool was wonderful (even in the rain), breakfast was delicious and all staff were really attentive. Would 100% stay again. Thank you!

This is an unexpected gem. The rooms are cozy, small yet not too small, with a great view on the surrounding mountains. Staff is friendly and helpful, the wellness part is fun too. There are many small things that help contribute to the feeling that 'everything is covered' - No fuss about putting drinks on the room account, always fresh towels, many different products during breakfast, personal check-ins, on-site car charging, free matcha tea, ability to dry your ski gear in the room, ... The rooms have a colored light to communicate your mood to the neighbors, so even the social element is taken care of. Truly a relaxing stay.

The hotel is in a great location. I had a wonderful experience at SEPP Hotel, The service was smooth from check-in to check-out, The staff were especially friendly and attentive. One of the highlights was definitely the view absolutely stunning and a perfect way to start and end the day.

Was simply impeccable. Wonderful room with beautiful view, lovely details where you can see that immense care and love went into preparing and organizing this marvellous hotel. Swimming in the roof top pool was as great as the time in the sauna. We really enjoyed ourselves. Food was delicious in the evening and my nut allergy was no issue at all. Thanks again. The breakfast was as nothing I have ever seen before in the Alps, lots of delicious culinary delights from the region presented in a colorful and gorgeous manner. All delicious. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We have already stayed here twice for several days. What a wonderful and good hotel! Each time we stayed in the luxury - exquisit room. Lovely beds, super large terrace. But what makes it especially excellent here is the breakfast and dinner! Extremely delicious and extensive. We have stayed in many beautiful hotels, but no other hotel can match this! So delicious! It is also nice that they have a loyalty program, so we could already enjoy two bottles of delicious sparkling wine! Oh and dogs are also welcome here ! Super !

⭐ ⬅️ I'd give it a 6th star if I could! The staff here is absolutely fantastic - they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is unforgettable. The cuisine is to die for, with sinfully delicious dishes being prepared right in front of you in the middle of the restaurant. And don't even get me started on the brunch - it's available from 7:30 AM all the way until 1 PM and it's simply amazing. For dinner, you can expect exquisite four-course meals that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy. But the best part? There are snacks available all day long, so you never have to go hungry. The drinks are also top-notch, and the rooftop pool and saunas are the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. The rooms are comfortable and everything even smells amazing - it's like walking into a spa. And parking is a breeze, which is a huge plus. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough - you simply have to experience it for yourself!

Beautiful boutique style hotel - fabulous service, the staff couldn’t do enough for us! Rooms are very cool and well appointed, comfy beds and really good hot showers. The breakfast choice is amazing as well as afternoon tea and snacks. One of the waiting staff even took a group of us skiing one day! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel. Very cool atmosphere while maintaining a mountain/Bavarian ski town feel. Air conditioning didn’t work very well but we just opened the doors at night and let the fresh air in. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Rooftop pool was amazing and heated! We didn’t get to use the sauna but it’s very cool located inside an airstream on the rooftop. Breakfast was amazing as well as service. They also do full course dinners with a different theme each night. Husband got a massage as well he said it was spectacular. One thing I do need to mention is I tried calling prior to arrival to book massages (several times) and no one picked up and was not able to leave a message. It just kept ringing. Maybe it was because we were calling from a US number. I could have emailed, but oh well! Thanks for the great stay, we will definitely be back! Would highly recommend for a ski trip as its close to lifts and they have boot warmers in the rooms and convenient storage for skis and gear. I imagine getting in the rooftop sauna after a long day of skiing is amazing!
