Sercotel Carlos III Hotel

Very friendly hotel; a warm greeting at Reception on arrival and all the staff are smiling which instantly put us in a relaxed mood for our short break away. Rooms perfectly adequate and very clean with mini bar, kettle, toiletries etc. Beds comfortable and on the most part the hotel is very quiet noise wise. Good selection of hot and cold food at breakfast. Couldn't fault anything.

Nice hotel, very clean and modern rooms and pretty spacious. Staff on reception were polite and efficient. Great place to stay as just outside the historical part of Cartegena so a lot quieter. It's a 10 min walk there so perfect. For the price of the room it was excellent value for money and I'd definitely stay there again.

We only stayed one night but we'll be returning. A close friend recommended the hotel as she frequently visits her daughter studying in Cartagena .The reception staff were very informative and helpful, Ainhoa in particular helped us out in a number of ways and I think it was Loli who was there both Monday as we were booking in and Tuesday as we were leaving. The rest of the reception staff deserve a mention as well as Rocio Jose and Jesus were helpful and polite. I must say the breakfast buffet was delightful and the very professional breakfast staff who helped everyone learn how to use a different kind of Nespresso machine with a smile and outstanding patience, were exemplary . The buffet itself is one of the best I and my husband have ever had and I'd like to congratulate the talented ladies in the kitchen. The rooms were smart and very clean. Did I say we'll be going back? Congratulations to Sercotel Carlos III.

A clean hotel with a friendly staff (thank you Loli, Isabel, Andres, Jose, Rocio). The breakfast was surprisingly and remarkably good: fresh, lots of variety, sumptuous. And thank you for having Nespresso coffee machines at the breakfast room! Maybe the wifi could be slightly faster. And the beds were quite soft for my long back.

Great hotel, very clean and spacious rooms , very close to everything. Loli, Jesus and Antonio were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

No frills hotel, fantastic location for sightseeing and shopping. Room rate is very reasonable, the room was spotlessly clean and was equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and mini bar. Off site underground parking is 1 minute away and discounted by the hotel, circa 35€ for 2 days. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing boutique hotel, clean, modern, friendly staff and a great breakfast situated 5 minutes walking distance to the old town’s shops and restaurants. Cartagena is a beautiful city. This hotel was perfect for us!

Hello I would like to say few words about our stay in Sercotel hotel. We loved our stay in this place, the welcome from receptionist was very friendly and professional. All staff in reception as Ainhoa, Andres, Jose and Ruben were very helpful with all of our requests, all the time kind and smiley. Room was cosy, great job of housekeepers, who made room nice and clean every day. Breakfast was exceptional, a huge sort of fresh food. If we will go to Cartagena again, for sure we'll choose this hotel. It made our our holiday absolutely great 😃
