Sercotel Carlos III Hotel

We were very happy with our stay. Good location, room was fine, cleaning and service perfect and friendly. I wasn't sure if breakfast was included, but we were told at check-in that it was and what a treat! Wonderful typical Spanish spread, but also a lot of things if you were not into a tuna tostada.Would stay again! ||We never found their underground parking, but managed street parking everyday - 3 hours were 2,5 EUR and you can prolong as soon as it is expired.Free from 20.00 - 09.00 and in weekends. But you need to be vigilant about paying (there is an automat and you can do it by app - we only used the automat) as those parking people were circling like wolves. Remember to only use green and blue parking (marked very clearly) as the red is only for residents.

Travelled to Cartagena ,, hotel was in a great location for city-sightseeing. Car park was 2 minute walk away and hotel gave a 15% discount off the car park fee. Breakfast was plentiful and had gluten-free options. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Great hotel!

Outstanding in all senses. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it has maintained the excellent quality standards in comfort, cleanliness, customer service and breakfast selection. Without doubt it is our first choice for staying in Cartagena .

Stayed for two nights fabulous location handy for all sights , restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and spacious and included all toiletries. Secure parking was locacated next door. The breakfast is well worth getting up for choice of hot and cold buffet which was frequently replenished so always fresh. I would like to thank all the staff for making our stay such a great one. A special thanks to Isabel, Francisco, Mariano, Jose, Andrès y Rocio for the warm welcome and the swift and efficient checking in and checking out We will definitely use this hotel when visiting Cartagena

Stayed for 2 nights, as part of a family road trip. The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast spread. Parking was offsite and extremely tight for large cars. Being centrally located, i could walk to all the must view sights at Cartagena. Especially good service from hotel staff Francisco, Loli, Andres and Jose. - Thank you.

A fabulous find! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by Francisco who was warm, friendly and spoke very good English. We saw him several times throughout our stay and he was always very welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas and our room was the best family, (2 adults & 2 children), room that we've ever had. The children's beds were as big as ours and the layout of the room was very clever. Breakfast was a buffet that was continuously replenished with everything we could wish for and staff were attentive and kept the area very clean. We had an incident one evening caused by one very thoughtless family who screamed, shouted and ran around banging doors for at least an hour around midnight but once we spoke to Jesus on reception he spoke to them and sorted it out immediately. Loli on reception was very helpful and speaks excellent English. She is a local so able to advise on the area and we discussed beaches and Parque de Tentegorra. Although the hotel doesn't have it's own parking both Francisco and Loli advised us about the most convenient parking arrangements and we didn't encounter any problems during our 4 day stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location îs great, next to the city center. We were delighted how Isabel , Rocio and Mariano explained the details of the city. They also told us where to go for lunch and dinner. They were very attentive to pur needs. They could have not done it better. A 10 for the recepcionists of this hotel. And 20 for customer service

Wonderful hotel , the receptionists Loli, Ricio, Isabel and Manano were so friendly and welcoming , nothing was too much trouble, they made our stay so enjoyable Thanks would definitely recommend
