Requested for invoice on the day i checked out from hotel, but they said, they will email it later, okay fine. Waited for 4 days already, but did not yet received any email of invoice. Called up the hotel customer service, inquired regarding this matter, he asked to call back tmorow morning during office hour, okay fine , understood, but, the customer service replied in a harsh and rude way to me, asking to call back again tmoro. Really, bad experince of this. I would rate the service as bad. Otherwise, the food was excellent, the stays etc all are fair.
