1. The front staff was really attentive and responsive. They actually read my request and gave us a room close to the parking lot for my elderly parents — really appreciated that. 2. The room was okay overall. I'm not picky since it's just a short trip and the price is cheap. The room smelled nice too. But the bathroom was a bit smelly, so that part could be improved. I didn't take the breakfast, so no comments on that.

This room is Ground floor ,no sure got lift or not, space enough for 3 people, tv just local channel, the toilet door got space it may air cond go in when your shower, quite cool. Hair dryer need requests with staff, got small fridge, air cond direct face to bed, hard to sleep.C Got room service for order food and drink, My room no include breakfast. Got iron in room, veryconvenience. Overall is ok, just aircondm cause sleep no well.

Wooooooorst place and staff of all My previous trips..... You have paid for a nice room? Let me laugh. You ll get an old smelly one! With mold to keep you company. I tried 3 different bedrooms, couldn't say which one is the dirtiest. Conclusion DO NOT GO THERE!

Good location, good amenities around, good food within walking distance. Recommended for business travellers who has events at nearby SPICE Arena. Breakfast selection was average for this type of hotel. Room was clean and private parking space is available within the hotel compound.

I personally believe that this place got potential. The room is actually decent. Katil selesa, aircond sejuk. Harga memang tersangatlah okay. The thing that i thought could be better was toilet cleanliness and please please please tengok your towels. One towel i got was smelly and banyak tompok hitam. Chanel tv pun banyak. Sekeliling tu banyak je kedai. And very strategic location. Breakfast buffet is decent walaupun tak banyak choice.

This hotel is like mansion set up with 3 floors and with basic amenities. Room is enough space with air con, tv, fridge, iron and water heater shower room. Free parking available within hotel area. Staffs are friendly and efficient, fast check in and check out. Like the most is walking distance there are plenty of eateries, food court etc

Great value for money and location was great for food my parents loved the area . A good location , ample carpark ,and is near the airport in Bayan Baru . Will definetly pick this place again for the next visit . The staff of Sri Malaysia were very helpful especially Faiz . Thank you

Requested for invoice on the day i checked out from hotel, but they said, they will email it later, okay fine. Waited for 4 days already, but did not yet received any email of invoice. Called up the hotel customer service, inquired regarding this matter, he asked to call back tmorow morning during office hour, okay fine , understood, but, the customer service replied in a harsh and rude way to me, asking to call back again tmoro. Really, bad experince of this. I would rate the service as bad. Otherwise, the food was excellent, the stays etc all are fair.
