Hotel Seri Malaysia Pulau Pinang

The hotel is situated in a prime location with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. It offers ample parking spaces. However, the building appears somewhat old, given that it was constructed in the year 2000s. It has two small swimming pools but you may expect them to be occupied most of the time. Overall, an OK hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Shafinaz, and I must say the experience was amazing! The food and arrangements were outstanding, and all of us were thoroughly impressed and satisfied. The service was incredibly prompt, and Shafinaz always replied quickly to any questions or doubts we had. The professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The food deserves a solid 5 stars—everything was delicious, with a fantastic variety of menus to choose from. The vegetarian menu, in particular, was a standout! The preparation and presentation were flawless, and the taste was simply outstanding. Kudos to the chef for delivering such high-quality dishes! Thank you, Shafinaz, for the amazing service and for going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

No selipar, sooo cold the floor but if no aircond no fan😄. They put us in the ground floor room which is not suit to a young couple.

Came here because my home is blacked out at 2 a.m., and my child can not sleep. Alhamdulillah, got one room. The late night staff is really patient and accommodating as I have mistakenly booked for the next day but still wait for me to settle the matter with agoda. Once checked in , you can see that this is an old hotel but it wasn't all bad. The room is clean, the bed is very comfy and the toilet is extra extra clean which is nice. Overall , this hotel is strategically located in the middle of bayan baru, the price is reasonable , room is clean albeit old school and the staffs are friendly. So yeah recommended

Okaylah for 2-stars hotel, early 2000s dulu this place felt great. Sekarang it only a stop to sleep not for experience. However the breakfast was ok and service tiptop. Masuk bilik takde towel, call operator and within minutes dah dapat. They also have small pool which is ok for kids.

Friendly staff, room is cleaned everyday. I usually booked here for hometown visit as its nearby to all facilities. But hope they can improve services like toiletries and breakfast menu to fit the prices. Because its not that cheap.
