Hotel Seri Malaysia Taiping

Facility not maintain in proper condition. Damage toilet door, wardrobe got no door, some electrical outlet not functioning. I had no issues about all this little things but I been hearing things in the ceiling at night.. (dragging / knocking) the hotel only have two level and we already at the second level.. if you not mentality strong enough about paranormal situation better avoid this hotel.

Location is good, parking is plenty and easy to park. Service is acceptable, ok ok la. But the room we got seemed out dated. Smell of old wood and dusty although im sure they cleaned it. Atleast use some perfume or something

Rooms were reasonably clean. There should be curtain in bathing partisan so that the bathing water won't spill over the other place. It becomes so wet and it is very dangerous for old people. They slip and fall.

The hotel is just average...breakfast was good and also the rooms. however, we unable to enjoy the swimming pool since it was under maintenance/closed.

Location wise, this hotel is just nice. Just beside the lake. Amenities can be improved

The hotel quite old but still manage to provide good services. All staffs are very Cheerful and helpfull. Beds are comfortable.

Just one comment, BAD. Booking this hotel if you want to feels it. Hope Seri Malaysia management read this and improve Price, services, accommodation really not worth

Room not comfortable, no freedge, no remote TV, like a old hotel.... Need improvement from this hotel,
