Hotel Servigroup Castilla

I booked direct with Servigroup and asked for a quiet room with a walk in shower on a high floor and this is exactly what I got. The rooms are ‘no frills’ but are quite spacious. A couple of points though:|It was very hot outside yet there were no bottles of water in the room.|No toiletries in bathroom except a soap dispenser by the sink and shampoo in the shower.|The pillows were extremely uncomfortable.|Breakfast was good and it was great to see a Spanish hotel serving English bacon. Staff were slow though in topping up depleted offerings of food.|I also thought the fruit selection could have been better.|All in all though an enjoyable stay enhanced by free tickets to the Benidorm Palace. A fabulous experience.|The staff were very friendly and professional. A credit to the hotel. |Drinks were reasonably priced.

From turning up to check in to checking out all the staff were friendly, very supportive and informative. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We could not find any fault or negatives to report. We both said we would definitely book this hotel again next year. Thank you for making our holiday.

We had a lovely experience in our hotel, the staff were all lovely and so helpful all the time. The breakfast had lots to choose from to set you up for the day. The hotel is kept clean and is very modern, it is not far from the strip with all the bars and restaurants but far enough that the hotel is quiet of a night. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a late flight home so the staff gave us a room that we could use for half an hour free of charge at a time that we chose so that we could freshen up before our flight. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I’ve been to Benidorm many times but it was partners first time. - hotel was perfect in every sense. No complaints at all. Comfortable, clean. And friendly. Highly recommended. I would definitely like to come again and book directly with you.

Hotel is so lovely and clean, all the staff are very nice and helpful. We love the upper sun deck area away from the pool for lounging in the sun and then for having a drink as the sun goes down. Rooms are comfortable, and the black out blinds are genius. Location is brilliant, in a quiet area but close enough to walk to the old town area, the beach, and the busy English Square if you desire and there are lots of places to eat and drink close to the hotel.

Booked this hotel about a month before we came. More so because there wasn’t much choice. But I was very pleasantly surprised just how good the hotel was. The rooms were spacious and modern and very clean. The hotel throughout was spotless and the pool was great. I only ate breakfast here and that was delicious great choice. The best thing about this hotel though has to be the staff. So pleasant, friendly ages very helpful. We had a late airport pick up so we were provided with a room to shower and get cleaned before our pic up. We only came for a weekend so didn’t pay for hold luggage and couldn’t get sun cream through the airport . The reception staff noticed my head was looking a bit red and gave me a hat and sun cream . Highly recommend this place

Lovely hotel, in a quiet location. spotlessly clean, quietish. rooms are well equipped and clean. Staff are great, all helpful and cheerful. Bar drinks are reasonably priced. Pool area is nice but could be a bit better cared for, the pool itself is cleaned every morning, but the sun beds and tables are grubby. Poolside toilets are unisex which is odd, but they are kept very clean. Description says this hotel doesn't accept stag or hen groups. But it definitely does. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We were greeted by Jackie on reception - what an absolute credit to your hotel. The rooms are fine, clean, plenty of storage, blackout blinds and fantastic shower. Few little maintenance issues but nothing that warranted a complaint. Plenty of English channels on the tv. Breakfast was fine but could do with being a little later. I don’t want to be up at 9 for a 10am close. Snack bar staff particularly Paulo? Very efficient and friendly - amazing Margarita! Reception will call you a taxi which arrives in minutes. Halfway between old and party town! Def recommend.
