Hotel Servigroup Castilla

Both me and mum had a fabulous week. I can't fault the hotel. Everything was so clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful (thanks Jacqui for your assistance) and the dinner on the evening was delicious. I actually wish we had spent more days dining at the hotel than out on the strip as there was so much choice. We may consider booking via the website if we consider visiting again - and there's a very high chance of that. Thanks again for making it a lovely holiday.

A fantastic welcome, immaculately clean rooms, lovely food and quiet relaxing pool area. We arrived home today but will definitely be returning. The hotel is in a perfect position, close enough to the chaos of the Benidorm strip but far away enough to have some quiet time.

arrived home yesterday (09/09/2025) very very sad, as we had a fabulous 11 night stay half board at this lovely, spotlessley clean,chilled and laid back, kind and considerate staff, lovely cleaners who kept the room clean and shinning. The rain shower exceptional, the room and verranda exceptional with a nice view from our room of the pool.the staff on reception were kind, friendly and helpful, absolutely loved it.|the only thing we didnt like was the 7.30pm evening meal, that was too late for us, as we would never have our tea later than 6.00pm at home, but it wouldnt stop us going to this hotel again, we cannot wait to go back, fabulous. thank you for a lovely relaxing holiday, see you next year definetly

Our second visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed. Jackie on the reception desk was amazing as always so welcoming. Andrea, Amanda and Nataly in the restaurant were so lovely helping us with our Spanish and making us feel like we had been there forever. Jimmy the show cook was an absolute treat telling us what to try and having banter with us. The whole team were amazing for our whole stay and we do not have one negative. We stayed full board and always had something amazing to eat especially the Mexican night! The negative comments about this hotel are so silly it is an amazing hotel. We shall return here as many others do.

We had a lovely experience in our hotel, the staff were all lovely and so helpful all the time. The breakfast had lots to choose from to set you up for the day. The hotel is kept clean and is very modern, it is not far from the strip with all the bars and restaurants but far enough that the hotel is quiet of a night. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a late flight home so the staff gave us a room that we could use for half an hour free of charge at a time that we chose so that we could freshen up before our flight. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

just got home from this beautiful hotel,check in was fast and our room was on the 10th floor over looking Benidorm the room itself was so clean the sheets and towels chrispy white and the hotel provide shower gel and hand wash. The food was really good and diffrance everyday we went half board and that was enough for us the drinks at the bar are good for a hotel 3Euros 20 cent a pint so happy days. The pool area was really clean as was the pool toilets there was loads of sunbeds so no need to get up early. The staff were the best ive seen nothing was to much trouble and Jackie on reception was so helpfull as were the rest of the staff the beach is a 10 min walk and buzzing day and night. we will be back as ive never been so relaxed in my life well done to all the staff you made our holiday fantastic=

This was our second stay at this hotel this year, and it was just as amazing as the first! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed. The staff are exceptional, and a special mention goes to Jackie at the front desk, who made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly! We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely exceeded expectations! We had such a brilliant stay – the hotel was spotless throughout and genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. The food was outstanding every single time – fresh, flavourful, and never a disappointment. What really made the experience though was the staff. Every single person we encountered was kind, polite, and welcoming – the hospitality was second to none. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and unfortunately missed dinner, but the staff went out of their way to prepare a few plates of food for us so we wouldn’t go hungry. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Can’t recommend this place enough – thank you for such a lovely experience!
