Hotel Servigroup Castilla

Had an exceptional time at your hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. The room was well furnished and bed very comfortable. Bedding and towels changed regularly We were full board so had ample opportunity to sample the food and found many choices, well cooked, fresh and hot. Particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the bread and butter pudding. Staff in all areas were helpful and friendly, they are a credit to your hotel and a big part of our enjoying our holiday. The entertainment was satisfactory. I had a small issue with our toilet which was not resolved before we left which was a pity because that is the only negative throughout our stay.

As a solo traveller, those first few seconds matter, and I was met with the warmest, most genuine welcome that instantly made me feel safe, relaxed, and completely at home. The staff are truly something special. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and full of kindness. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. You can feel the heart in this hotel, it has that real family vibe that money simply can’t buy. My room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully kept. Housekeeping clearly take great pride in their work because everything was immaculate. The bed was comfortable, the decor was lovely, and it just felt peaceful, exactly what you want after a long day of exploring Benidorm. The food was gorgeous, fresh, tasty, great variety, and so well presented. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, there was always something delicious waiting. And the coffees? Amazing. Easily some of the best I’ve had abroad. The pool area is just as impressive: clean, well looked after, and perfect for relaxing. The pool bar offered fantastic choices, great drinks, and that laid-back holiday feeling we all crave. Whether you're travelling solo, as a couple, or with family, it truly caters to everyone. Inside and out, this hotel is absolutely beautiful, welcoming, stylish, and full of warmth. I couldn’t have asked for a better 3-night stay. If you’re thinking about booking Servigroup Castille, do it. You’ll be treated like family from the moment you arrive. I’ll definitely be returning next year, I can’t wait.

Lovely quiet very clean hotel. Nice pool area and upper area accessed using room key. Reception staff were wonderful and tracked down a bag I left on the coach when I arrived and arranged with company for me to go and pick it up. Rooms are spotless. Lovely powerful waterfall shower. Room has electronic shutters that you can lower in evenings for extra privacy and block out any light. Room comes with a free safe also. Rooms cleaned every morning and new towels every day. It is close to several bars and is a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again and think the staff are its best selling point.

Fabulous hotel, check in was super friendly and welcoming. Great options at meal times, food was hot and replenished quickly. Hotel was well maintained and plenty of sunbeds. Id have liked breakfast to be available until 10.30am rather than 10am but thats a personal preference after staying out! I'd definitely stay here again, the team here really look after their guests. Great location between old & new town quiet at night too. Hotel reception very helpful rooms nice we were on the 8th floor overlooking the pool which got the sun later in the day. Pool nice & plenty of sunbeds you could also hire a towel €20euros which got refunded when returned. Breakfast ok but not a great choice for fruits, nuts, cereals or nice yogurts so basic for 4star imo but fine. Would return again so recommended.

Both me and mum had a fabulous week. I can't fault the hotel. Everything was so clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful (thanks Jacqui for your assistance) and the dinner on the evening was delicious. I actually wish we had spent more days dining at the hotel than out on the strip as there was so much choice. We may consider booking via the website if we consider visiting again - and there's a very high chance of that. Thanks again for making it a lovely holiday.

First time visitors to Benidorm - watched reels and read reviews for weeks. I was dreading the worst….||On arrival 4 of us ages ranging from 20-70 pulled up at this impressive hotel. ||My worries weren’t about the hotel, but Benidorm itself.||The hotel check in was quick and efficient, the rooms were very clean with a great balcony. Jackie at reception was a gem - very friendly and knowledgeable. Jamie and the bar team were first class, and the singers in the evening were great.|Really friendly guests many of who have made repeat visits to this hotel. |Room was cleaned every day during our 4 nights which was fantastic. ||Very close to the main strip and around 20 min walk to the lovely old town, 10 mins to the beach.

There are no bells and whistles with this hotel but if you want an ultra clean comfortable hotel at a great price this is the hotel for you.|All the staff are friendly and super efficient.|Bar prices are similar to outside establishments.|The food is good and honest. Nothing posh just nice hot grub. A good selection with some British dishes on the menu.|I would like to mention Andrea who looked after us most evenings she was extremely friendly and efficient.|The location was perfect for us, with the old town, the strip and beach a short walk away.|The hotel wasn’t busy and the clientele were on the mature side which sorted us.|Not really a hotel for young children and |families.|This was our second visit and we will definitely be back.. |Thanks again Jackie and all the staff you were great.|.
