Hotel Servigroup Orange

This hotel is lovely. |Very clean and modern. |Rooms nice with enough space and we had a balcony overlooking the pool. No kettle in the room which was a minus, but cleaned well everyday with towel changes.|Bathroom doors frosted glass with no lock, could be a little embarrassing for some.|Lifts to all floors, there is a glass lift as well.|The food was very good, tasty and nicely presented, different each mealtime with show cooking. Not much choice for veggie breakfast, what was available was nice. Other meals there was a lot of choice from the salad bar, variety of meat and fish. Always hot as well.|Pool area was clean and looked after, loads of available sun beds and not very much of people putting out towels and disappearing all day, of course some people did this as they do in any hotel, but on the whole it wasn’t a problem. Pool towels not available at this hotel, but can be brought either at the hotel or nearby for 4€ which is cheaper than renting one.|Day bar open to the pool or inside area, really good, reasonable snacks can be got here, for example a lovely tuna sandwich with fries for about 7€.|Evening bar with nice cooling outside area. |Cannot comment on hotel entertainment as there was none on during our stay of 5nights.||Would definitely recommend this hotel.|It is right in the middle of the new town where all the bars, clubs and shows are and 2 minutes from the waterfront.|With being right in the heart of the action it can be very, very noisy in the evening and night to the late early mornings (8am), but closing the sliding door at night can cut down this noise. Besides when reading about the hotel before we chose it, in the description it does inform you it can be noisy so we expected this.||We were disappointed in the shows. Don’t really know what we were expecting but they are pub acts!!|Still the ones we code to see where good, such as the hypnotist act, Benidorm Tom (who does look like Tom Jones), Queen tribute just one singer taking off FM, Adele tribute, Reggaeman for BM & UB40, to name a few, but no better or worse than can be seen anywhere.||Even though the hotel was lovely I won’t be returning as not keen on Benidorm itself, I would say don’t go there unless you like drunkenness and muckiness.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 10 years, but unfortunately this time will be the last. I had a safe in my room, but because I had always had a great experience in the hotel, I didn’t put all of my money in the safe. Whilst I was in the pool I left €50 in my shorts pocket and when I returned, there was only €10. I completely accept responsibility as I should have used the safe but the experience with some of the reception staff and the Hotel manager was not nice at all. There was no empathy and the manager told me the maid who was the only person who had been in the room had worked there for over three years and she trusted her implicitly and basically I was a liar. I am pretty sure it was a different maid to the previous day as the standard of cleaning was completely different, but the manager wouldn’t even check the CCTV . As a travel agent I have recommended this hotel hundreds of times over the years but because of this experience I feel I can’t do that anymore.

This is my 2nd visit to this hotel, it is a lovely hotel, very clean and the staff are really friendly. It is placed well for going to the New Town. Rooms are great, we had a pool view, they also look over the pubs and clubs. ||We had booked bed and breakfast, the food is great and plenty of it. However, there is a negative point. You cannot take food or drinks out of the restaurant. Food, I can understand, however they won't allow you to take out drinks. Now I for one like to sit in the sun on the terrace after breakfast. It would have been nice to have a coffee there too. You can get a coffee at the bar, but that doesn't open until 10:00. I can understand them not wanting to let ceramics by the pool area. Maybe they could provide paper cups.||You cannot bring food into the hotel, they have security at the door stopping guests bringing food in. Why ?||Warning in the room, if you use your own travel kettle and it causes damage. They can make you pay for the damage caused. However, they don't provide kettles in the rooms.||There is some noise at night from the pubs and clubs across the way. It is to be expected if you book a hotel with 100 yards of pubs and clubs.||Overall a good stay, maybe they will take the point and provide paper cups at breakfast. They use them in the pool bar.

Traveled as a large group, hotel is spotless, staff all friendly. Pool area gets the sun from morning to night. |The food is very good for a 3 star hotel. It can be a bit noisy at night with the younger ones coming home but overall everyone enjoyed their stay with no complaints. |Most of Benidorm was in darkness due to the big power outage but we were one of the very few hotels with back up generators so were not affected at all. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel I have no faults about, the rooms are comfortable the have bed, television, balcony, hair dryer, only thing missing the room had no kettle. Housekeeping every day. The hotel it self is spotless the food is really nice spacious pool area with pool table, food & drinks bar. Staff were friendly & helpful. I would recommend & will definitely return⭐️⭐️⭐️

The music that was being played in the pool area wasn't as good as previous years. It was also repeated throughout the week. Also having music from the 50s means you're playing music 75 years old! Expected a little bit more entertainment around the pool area. Roxanne and Miguel (I think I got their names right) were very good at the pool area serving everybody it got busy quite regularly. Might be a better way of serving food as well maybe a table number would be helpful and called out of ording at pool bar. Way way too much noise in the hotel even at two - three o'clock in the morning with people screaming up and down corridors and banging and crashing doors. I think some guests need to be told that they have to be quiet after two three o'clock in the morning. It's not fair on other guests hearing men and women shouting obscenities at each other up and down the corridors. I know everybody's there to have a good time but they have to respect other guests as well. On my visit the air conditioning was working fine so I had no problems I know other people complained about the air conditioning not being gone at certain times of the. Walls are very thin and everything echoes down the corridors.

My time at this hotel |Lovely very clean hotel so near to everything I loved that my room got cleaned every day staff was excellent 👌 and wish I took names so did not take my glasses down when going to the pool female bar lady so sweet to me and the gentleman to as they had lots of party people to see to lol 😆 and aircom definitely needed at this time of year |Definitely be comfortable to say I be back in September |Thank u so much job well done 👏 x

very clean, location great, staff friendly and variety at breakfast was good. The major downside is the noise, the walls are very thin meaning you can hear neighbours toileting and snoring through the night. This coupled with local nightlife that goes on throughout the night and the fact that the hotel attracts party goers means it's loud non stop. Be sure to take earplugs as no amount of room changing would limit the noise levels in this hotel.
