Hotel Servigroup Rialto

Good things first. We had a fabulous time here, a group of 9 adults with a teenager and 6 year old. Lisa was amazing and could not do enough to help. So clean, and food very good. 2 Coelics, we could order off the GF menu, but as they cooked it fresh, it was a wait, but even the main buffet, there were options for GF. Deserts were plentiful for non Gluten Free, but only Ice Cream for GF. Cleaners so thorough, and lovely people. No groups or hen parties allowed, except there was one hen party and 2 stag ones, we were lucky they were great groups of people. On the weekend in the middle of our stay, there appeared a very large group 20 approx of Frenchmen, very polite, but as the pool is tiny, they totally overtook it for 3 days. It is obvious they do take large group bookings as another part of the restaurant was opened up just for them. As for the so called Children's play area, it consisted of 3 things and no canopy, so no child could use it. AND yes it may be 5 minutes from the beach if you use a mobilty scooter or young and very fit, as it is at the top of a hill, no slight incline as advertised. However if it were an easy walk, I would go back. Some people moaned about the small rooms, but you only sleep there, so no problem

Been to this hotel before, so this was 2nd time. Was just as good as last time if not better , reception staff lovely special mention to Lisa she was just the best so helpful always with a lovely smile. Pool was fab never too busy water just right. Rooms were spotless beds comfy. Lovely breakfast . Only positive things to say, it is up a small hill but I hired a scooter so was fine. Entertainment on the nights that it was on was good. Would love to return.

i cant fault the hotel, for what we need one of the best i have stayed in in Benidorm. that includes the don pancho to the lido so all stars over 15 years. room was comfy and clean, shower was the best. breakfast was as good as eating out in the town although some things could be cold but we have that problem too. staff great ceasar was a nice guy in the bar. housekeeper was fantastic, room spotless .all in all nice job..

Staff were great in all departments and you could see they worked very hard. Reception, waiting and housekeeping are friendly, attentive and asset to hotel. Selection of food at breakfast was good, dinner was satisfactory. Always found something that I would like to eat. However menu was repetitive and food was never hot, just luke warm. However I would have the same criticism of most of the hotels I’ve visited of similar standard in Spain, so maybe it is just a difference in preference of temperature for people from U.K. for food to be hotter. My only main criticism was sound proofing between rooms. Most of the time this was ok, but from 19/09/25 - 22/09/25 I had people staying next to me who would shout, scream and argue with each other during the early hours of the morning when they got back from being out drinking which significantly disturbed my sleep. The worst being the night before my departure which went on for nearly 2 hours! However overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Found all reception staff very helpful and answered all questions well. Hotel very clean and well managed. Location good up a slight hill near to the sea. Breakfast exceptional worth more than the 3 stars. Pool area good and loungers always available no reserving with towels. Very enjoyable experience all round

stay here all the time now fantastic hotel, reception are very frendly and nice thanks lisa and thegirls. the maids work very hard and keep the hotel spotless well done girls the resturant is run very well thanks carmen and staff .plenty of sunbeds no need to leave a towel on the beds pool is a good size dont see many kids here so nice and relaxing... thank you all

Stayed with a group of workmates in April , and had a great time at the Rialto. Staff very helpful , food of a good quality, and cocktails were very good. Going again with workmates next May 2026. Rooms were of a good size, clean linen etc. Beds were comfortable. All in all an enjoyable stay 👍

My father stayed here last week to visit me as I have only just moved to Spain and he has only previously visited benidorm for a few days when I got married. |The English speaking lady on reception was fantastic and made sure my father received the parcel I d left for him. He said everyone was so friendly and helpful the buffet breakfast for hot and plenty of choice and the hotel and room were spotless. He also witnessed one of the entertainment team really getting involved with a group of disabled guests and making them so happy and making their day it seemed. The location is great ( that's why I booked it for him) close enough to some bars and restaurants and great for the beach and bus services. Thank you He will be back
