Hotel Servigroup Rialto

Great hotel, was clean throughout, rooms had all you needed. Friendly & welcoming This is a well deserved 3 star hotel. Just returning after a few days break mid June. Its a fairly quiet relaxed hotel, the craziness is outside the hotel with a short walk to the Strip, beach and if feeling energetic a stroll along the beach to old town. Location I think is perfect for all. Gives a good base. I can't really comment on hotel entertainment as out every night. I don't recall seeing lots going on though.|We were leaving very early and they even provided a cold breakfast for us at 5am opening the restaurant- thankyou.|I would definitely return.

The Reception staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble.... in fact all the staff from the cleaners- bar staff- waiters and waitresses- chefs- nothing is too much trouble and they take their time to talk to you. | Their zero tolerance policy is always in force which makes this hotel a safe place to stay with all the craziness that is Benidorm . It is a family friendly hotel suitable for all.We had a large room with two double beds in and a large bathroom. As we arrived earlier than expected our original room wasn't ready but they provided another room same spec, so we didn't have to wait!! |Rooms are extremely clean, with new towels everyday, plenty of mirrors, large wardrobe, TV with radio too, small fridge, hairdryer and toiletries are provided. Plenty of spare bedding if required and plug sockets. Safe is also free. We stayed full board ( purely because it was only £5 difference at the time) and we would definitely recommend the food. Plenty of choice, chef station and menu changed for lunch/dinner daily.Our room had a lovely balcony which overlooked the pool . At night you could also see the Strip which was all lit up, a lovely sight!There were plenty of sunbeds and outdoor seating,a bar which stayed open if you needed a late drink.... The Hotel is situated on small hill and the location was near the Triangle bars, we recommend the White Horse Pub, which had loads of tribute acts on... just 3 mins from the hotel. Also the Hotel is only 5 mins to beach, all the bars are in walking distance in all different directions/ Its only 10mins to the main strip and music square- all the musical madness!! We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were cleaned daily and had all basics catered for, a little small but the shower was powerful and the water hot. The bed was comfy. Service to get into the hotel could be improved with only one person on the reception desk ment check in was a little slow, but not painful and the lady was really helpful and friendly. The bar and the restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming you and wishing you good morning. The breakfast was done really well and plentiful to start the day off. Location was a 10-15 minute walk to Andy's Bar. The walk up a slight, thankfully short hill got the blood pumping at the end of the night. 😅

I recently stayed at the hotel with a family member. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and checked us in quickly and efficiently. The rooms are a little dated but they are clean, tidy and comfortable. There was a good selection of food at breakfast and dinner, which was really tasty. The only thing I would say is sometimes it was a little warm rather than hot. The hotel itself was lovely and quiet , but not far away from the noise if you wanted it. The entertainment wasn’t really my thing, but if you have read the reviews you will see it’s more of a ‘sedate’ hotel. For me it was perfect and I would definitely return . I would suggest that the people who have complained about the facilities /entertainment etc etc should maybe go and pay for 5 star facilities, if that is what they are looking for !

Staff great, gets good reviews ..But!!| Rooms v basic inside no tea coffee making facilities, no iron beds come away from walls of you toss n turn on night, I wouldn't say spacious either.| No pool entertainment no sun round pool.unuil 1130 , hardly used no table tennis , v little for teens more older people's hotel ...night entertainment basic.| Decent location I suppose but at far end of Benni two streets up from beach KFC and McDonald's and couple of great beach bars to start your day down there ...we were in room 501 great views down street to the beach . I have to say food was nice very English but done well such as cod & chips a great steak and kidney pievetx that kinda thing, so my boys loved it. | Staff were efficient as people have said but just too sedentary really & quiet where it should be buzzing ...Oh and you need your room card on you when nipping for pool drinks inside a locked door to bar from pool area ...totally bizarre, not required and very very annoying (how do you get to your key when carrying 3 drinks through a door just stupid. | That's my honest opinion on this hotel I would say work a little harder to ensure customers are enjoying there holiday esp on ground level pool etc ...|

Fabulous hotel just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms quite small but lovely and clean with a balcony and the shower was fab. Breakfast was lovely and I just have to say the fried bread was amazing 😋 We will return. Ste and Karen from Glossop.

This hotel was great. Excellent friendly staff and very clean and tidy. |Breakfast buffet was very nice, fresh and tasty. |Could have done with another bar staff member as he was always run off of his feet. |Pool was freezing so could do with being heated, but clean.

My friends and I had a fabulous stay. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean. There was an excellent choice of food to cater to every taste. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
