Hotel Servigroup Rialto

Group of 6 adults stayed here across 3 rooms for a 4 night stay bed and breakfast. Breakfast was amazing - lots of choice and the bacon is very good (UK-style bacon is on a separate station with the eggs). Also have Prosecco available if you fancy a mimosa in the morning.|Staff were all lovely, no issues there. Bar service was a little slow, if you order a cocktail be prepared for a wait. Prices are ok though, €8 a cocktail and €3 for a glass of wine. |Pool area well stocked with loungers. It was quiet whilst we were here so never an issue for loungers although there were a couple of people leaving towels on the best loungers - always one! As there are high rise buildings around the hotel, the loungers can be in and out of direct sun over the course of the day. |Room was very clean, no issues there. Bed comfy enough, although pillows could have been abit better. |Overall for the price Rialto is a fab hotel. Location is amazing if you want a good nights sleep. Would definitely come back here again.

The hotel was tastefully decorated for Halloween. When we arrived our first impression was the smell, it was so fresh and clean. There was cava with breakfast. Plenty of selection of hot and cold foods. There is only 7 floors. We watched the cleaners from the poolside and could see them cleaning the outside glass of the balconies, very thorough. You need a room card to get onto the pool area so it is very safe. We hit the weather just right for October and whilst that is obviously not in the control of the hotel it was a bonus which meant we could use the pool facilities. The safe in the rooms is free which is unusual and there is a mini fridge. The hotel is at the far end of the Levante side, easy walk to the shops, restaurants and the strip. On our last day there was a letter from hotel management thanking us for our stay which was a nice touch. All very modern. Most of the Servigroups in Benidorm seem to be 3 star so would be interesting to know what the difference is with the Nereo being a 4 star. I like to try different hotels each time I go to Benidorm but would definitely return to this hotel. Staff were professional and polite.

Just back after a lovely 8 nights spent at the Rialto. I stayed half board and it was definitely a good choice as the food was excellent with a wide range of options to suit most tastes. The room was a small single but it was adequate for one person and had a balcony and English options on the TV plus a decent fast WiFi signal. It was sometimes a little noisy with guests arriving back from a night out and a big downside was the fact that the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything!! The staff are all very helpful and put up with my feeble efforts to at least converse in pigeon Spanish. Overall, a really nice stay and hotel.

Recently back from staying at this hotel for 3 nights with a friend.|Great location. 5min walk to main nightlife, but quiet enough for a great night's sleep.|Reception staff friendly, fast checkin, given room on top floor facing front side of benidorm as requested so very pleased - thank you 😊 |Rooms very spacious, very clean, cracking shower! Hair dryer offered also. Beds super comfy. Laughing though at one unit in our room that looked like a chest of drawers and it was fake drawers when I attempted to put clothes in 😄 🤣 |Arrived Thursday and left Sunday. Was disappointed tho that our room never got cleaned at all for the duration of our stay. My husband stayed here September for 3 nights and told me his room got cleaned. We managed to bump into cleaners on route to pool and had to beg for towels as ours were needing changed. Cleaners didn't speak good English so was a challenge but eventually got some. Should this have been the case? Surely since the cleaners were on our floor our room should have been cleaned no??||Plenty sun beds, didn't struggle at all. Poolcold but refreshing once in, and we were very lucky for end of October westher as was 29° and sunny 😀 ||Food in restaurant fabulous and plenty buffet choice! Some cooked fresh to order by chef on grill! Our transfer home was before breakfast (8am) and hotel offered us early entry to get something to eat before we left -thank you for this 😀 much appreciated.||Have stayed in a few servigroup hotels, but this was by far my favourite so far! Stress free enjoyable weekend in the dorm! Thank you very much - I'll be back!!! 😀

We went for a|Lovely weekend. Hotel is nice and clean food is good. The staff are wonderful. I chose this hotel cause it said no stag and hem parties. I know what Benidorm is like. Having been before, but the hotel needs soundproofing as he can hear everything I could hear my mother in the next room talking to my daughter and she is quietly spoken. There was a group of lads who were loud and everyone on the hotel was moaning about them. It’s such a shame as the staff and hotel are in a good position but would I stop here again … no just because of the lack of sleep

Nice hotel with super friendly staff, resturant serves great selection of food for breakfast, the bacon was british style not the euro streaky stuff. Pool and bar service great, plenty of sunbeds nom need to go through the silly sunbed dash as at Flamingo Oasis. Definately stay there again.

I am currently at the airport waiting for our flight home and thought the Hotel Rialto deserved a review. We have had a FAB 7 nights, I have stayed in various hotels in Benidorm, Venus, Orange, Pueblo, Helios, Sol Pelicanos, Ambassador, Flash (never again) Rosamar (worst hotel in Benidorm, definitely NEVER again). And I have got to say the Rialto is one of the best, the staff are lovely and so polite, it is spotlessly clean. Whenever I go away I always go out for meals and the food is usually repetitive and not warm, we didn’t”t even bother this time as the food was absolutely delicious, hot, cooked to order and not repetitive. Breakfast, omelettes to order and nice bacon, lunchtime, small lasagnas and broccoli cheese and much more.||The sunbed area is spacious and you are not all on top of each other. ||I am coming back in April and have booked the Presidente, I would have definitely come back to the Rialto, will be looking at booking again for October. ||Also a day trip to Altea is recommended, the place is beautiful with little white washed buildings and cobbled streets, we got the number 10 bus there (30 - 35 minutes) and got the train back (10 - 15 minutes).||Well done Rialto you’re doing an AMAZING job.

Found all reception staff very helpful and answered all questions well. Hotel very clean and well managed. Location good up a slight hill near to the sea. Breakfast exceptional worth more than the 3 stars. Pool area good and loungers always available no reserving with towels. Very enjoyable experience all round
