Hotel Servigroup Torre Dorada

The hotel was lovely. We like the room. The toilet was spacious. The shower should have shower curtain to prevent water from splashing on the floor but it does not matter to us.|The room is cleaned daily, eventhough you do not ask for clean.|The restaurant was spacious. The waiters and waitresses were kind and friendly, all staff basically. They are helpful with the language as we are not Spanish speaking. There were activities daily.|We will definitely go back again to the same hotel or company, Servigroup. 5 stars.

Well thank you Torre Dorada, I have just returned after a weeks holiday & I have undoubtedly put on at least 7lbs in weight, the food at this hotel is just amazing. I stayed here, full board with my husband & teenage son & we all ate so much, there was never a dish that we did not enjoy. ||The hotel, is wonderful. Staff are lovely, the animation team are fantastic. All the staff work tirelessly to keep things running smoothly & are so friendly. ||We first went to this hotel in 2018 & enjoyed it then & glad to say it still hits the mark. We met families that have returned for years & years, kind of speaks for its self. ||It is situated on a hill, so if you have mobility issues you may struggle. ||Clean hotel, comfy beds. Big pool with plenty of sun loungers. Nice part of Benidorm just across from Poinente Beach. Finestrat isn’t far away about no more than a 5-10 minute walk. Highly recommend this hotel.

if you book this hotel you have 2 hills to climb before you get there ,you do not get dropped off outside so if you have any mobility issues or health issue this will not be for you.hotel is very clean and the rooms and bedding are changed every day. hotel opposite was constant drilling from 7;30 am to 5pm. im glad that we was bed and breakfast as evening meals are 8pm till 10pm too late for us, breakfast was ok,evening entertainment was diabolical your better off going for a walk than watch that rubbish.if you want a very quiet sad holiday book this hotel but not for us.

Stayed here for a week in August.|Stayed at half board so had the breakfast (8-10) and dinner (8-10)|The food was lovely with plenty of choices and breakfast had additional hot or cold drinks included.|Drinks for dinner were not expensive either so that was a bonus|The pool bar is nice, with plenty of options for snacks and drinks (cocktails are €8.50)|The bar staff are all really lovely aswell! ||The pool is nice and big but meant to open for 10am however the Spanish guests were allowed to get there by 9.30 and reserve Sunbed’s which seems unfair as it clearly states you cannot reserve Sunbed’s or be there before 10am, maybe having more Sunbed’s could be useful as the pool got very busy and a lot of people kept their towels down when they went in for lunch so if you wasn’t at the pool early enough then Likely hood was you weren’t getting a bed.||They didn’t switch the daily entertainment around so we sadly missed the foam|Party due to our flights on the Friday arriving late and leaving early which is a shame as we done it last year and it’s alot of fun.|The do aqua dancing in the day which is fun and the entertainment/animation team always try and get as many guests up as possible to join in.||The evening entertainment is ok, however it starts later so a lot of people do leave to go out the complex earlier.|Maybe quiz nights or bingo would keep people there longer as it’s more inclusive and entertaining?||Breakfast is very busy 9-10 so I’d advise going earlier if you’d prefer less noise||The hotel is in a good location and the beach isn’t too far either ||I’d stay here again knowing to go to breakfast earlier and dinner earlier to avoid it being really busy.||My mum did email the hotel a few months prior to us arriving (translated it to Spanish) requesting that our rooms were together due to my daughter having epilepsy and her being close by if needed (she was told they would take this request on board) however on arrival I was put on the 5th floor and she was put on the 9th|Which was a shame seeing as she had asked a while before our stay

Fantastic one week stay here. Quiet area next to Gran Hotel Bali. Old Town is 30 minute walk along seafront with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. If you want to visit Benidorm centre we walked it a few times but if you walk round the corner to the Gran Bali get the No 3 bus (€1.60 single) or there is also a taxi rank just along from the bus stop at the front of the hotel. Hotel Torre Dorada itself is spotless and rooms are spacious, we were lucky to have a sea and pool view from our room. Plenty of beds at pool and the pool also has a bar for drinks and snacks. Breakfast is buffet style and caters for all needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quieter stay.

Really enjoyed our time here. This hotel is 3 stars and fulfils that and more! Had everything we needed, good food, lovely pool, ample sunbeds, great drinks at the bar, clean, friendly service and helpful team all around! Only point taken away is the location is slightly out the way and located on a steep hill. But this is all easily fixed with taxis/bus service. Burned some extra calories doing some walks and going up and down the hill! Would definitely recommend!

This hotel was brilliant. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The breakfast was superb. Close to the beach on a hill or use the stairs. Get the no2/no3 bus just down from hotel to Benidorm old town. Loved this hotel .

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday! We had a fantastic day the rooms were clean. The Aircon was amazing. The staff were fantastic. I was even given a bottle of bubbly for my birthday. The drinks made at the pool bar are fantastic especially the daiquiris. The music is always on around the pool there is entertainment of an evening, but we didn’t stay in to see this! We were on a full ball basis and found that lunch and dinner was amazing. There was always fresh salad and fresh meat being cooked. We really enjoyed it! If we were to come again, we would definitely stay here!

Me calling reception: Good morning, the WiFi doesn't work. Reception: yeah, maybe it doesn't work. Me: so there's nothing that can be done? Reception: uhhh, yeah. Me: how helpful. The one star is for location, although it is up a hill. The second star is for the view, which is beautiful. Reception, if you can't tell, is useless and overworked. On check-in last evening there was one staff member trying to help two ladies with their phone while six of us waited. Free WiFi obviously didn't exist and they should stop lying about it on their website. I'll check back in after breakfast.
