Hotel Servigroup Venus

Lovely hotel. Very very clean in all areas and nicely decorated. Staff were amazing all helpful lovely and friendly.. (The restaurant staff, maids, bar staff and hotel reception staff were all super friendly and helpful). I highly recommend this hotel. Lovely large sun area with plenty of beds and parasols. Only stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfast had a full choice of labelled hot nice food. Freshly prepared omelettes, full English with back bacon, fruit yoghurts cereals etc were all fresh and available. Beds were very comfortable. I recommend you take your own pool towels but other than that I highly|Recommend this hotel. Supermarket very nearby and short walk to beach.

Hotel was very clean. Towels changed daily. Staff very helpful. We were breakfast only, but there was plenty of choice couldn’t fault it. |The whole experience at this hotel was amazing great location for all the best venues. Short walk to the beach. |safe location to leave cases when you leave or if you arrive before your room is ready and you can book a room if you have a late checkout where you can go and shower and get ready for your flight, no charge.|The only thing I would change is there was no kettle in the room and I love a cup of tea when I wake up . But the whole experience was fantastic other guest we spoke to have been returning year on year. I will definitely go back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely – friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll certainly be returning!

I went here solo. This hotel is definitely Not for solo people. I found it so hard to make any conversation with anyone. I got a Good morning of one gent on his own. Felt really lonely all thru the day. Left 5th July. Found the 2 barman so nice funny n friendly. Walked in on 1st July didn't even get a hi hello from lady on reception. Anyway payed more for bigger room wi lovely pool view balcony. So glad I did. Maids were so nice had my room spotless every day lovely happy ladies. Beds are so comfortable. Shower fantastic. Just not for me but would be great to go with friends. Went to Little Coopers at night had great night great staff met people I knew. So wasn't all bad. Just to feel it wasn't me on my way out I said to the gent Thank you for a lovely stay. Not even your welcome.🤨. All I'll say is go to Old town if you go solo so much better friendlier. Just thought I'd choice a smaller hotel thinking I'd meet people. Met 2 Gordie girl on first second day lovely girls. I do believe in service wi a smile being from Liverpool as we are all out going an friendly. Food ( breakfast spot on all English bacon sausages all different eggs. Scrambled pouched fried. Really nice.)

We love this hotel, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Rarely see hens and stags. Bar prices are very competitive. Location is excellent and the rooms are quiet at night. We had to check out at 2:45am and the lovely lady behind the reception desk offered us coffee it is the extra little touches by the staff that make this hotel special.

Super hotel and in a great location 👌 All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast was great and a lot of choice. Rooms small but had everything you needed also very clean . We had a beach bag that was a great touch to take things down to pool. Lots of sun loungers and space 👍

Went here solo 1st July till 5th.|Nice hotel but not alone. Trying to make conversation was so hard as I'm a friendly person.|Just thought I'd try a smaller hotel but was really lonely.|Got a good morning of a gent on his own just wouldn't recommend this hotel for solo people.|Even when I arrived the lady on reception was hard work no smile or have a nice time.|Payed for a bigger room with 2 beds n pool view was so glad I did.|Barman were so nice funny made gurg toasties. They actually made conversation. |Room was lovely. Beds so comfy shower fab.|Went to old town at night little coopers met some great peeps their.|Breakfast was really nice.|Had all English bacon sausages eggs all done to liking pouched scrabble fried. Really nice.|Fridge in room spot on good side very cold.|Balcony huge lovely quiet even thou strip was 3 mins away.|Air-conditioning fantastic as it was 30c.|Just found it really hard to talk to people I did meet 2 Gordie girls on arrival but they were leaving 😢. |On morning I was leaving I wanted to just see if it wasn't me so gave my keys in said|Thank you for a lovely stay. The gent said zilch. |Not even thank you or safe flight ect. |So if your planning to go solo don't go here. I'd go back with my friends but never on my own. Really hard work. I'm from Liverpool so we are all friendly out going.|Maids were so nice done rooms every day had a natter.|Lovely hard working girls.|Thanks to Barman maids n gent on his own.|

Just returned from 3 nights here. We were 2 friends going to celebrate our birthdays and this hotel was the perfect balance of what we needed. Great location for the beach and bars but quiet during the day to laze around the pool. |Very clean and staff were very friendly. Great rooms with a lovely view of the pool. |Would highly recommend
