Very well run hotel staff were all very efficient and friendly. The food was good with plenty of choices for the meals. The pool was a good size and was usually not so busy after 16.00hrs. Plenty of sunbeds around and the usual towels on sunbeds for the best locations. The rooms have 2 beds a great shower and a balcony with a rack to dry towels.

This was our 4th visit. The hotel overall is still good but beware, they are now allowing large groups in. Some were noisy around the pool, spilling beer in the water and were loud in the rooms at night, my friend got no sleep.||However, putting that aside we were happy with the hotel. Food is brilliant and the restaurant is bright and spotless with friendly staff. The pool area is great with plenty of sunbeds and parasols at any time of day. No need to do the sunbed dash although some still did.||I would definitely book again

This was our 2nd stay at the Venus Hotel and another excellent stay! |Room was great with a hot and powerful shower, shampoo/gel and hairdryer in the bathroom. Safe was free and easy to use. ||Food in the restaurant was excellent. Always something for everyone to eat and some nights were ‘themed’. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of food throughout. ||Plenty of sunbeds available regardless of what time of day you go down to the pool. ||Lovely hotel, clean public areas and lots of happy families🙂. See you again soon! We will be back.

I nice stay with a clean room where the fan was quiet and kept the temperature nice for sleeping. Excellent breakfast, we ate out at other times. Pool side looked busy but we only walked around it. The only drawback was the noises from outside and from adjacent rooms on the odd night, which the Hotel has no control over.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Benidorm. The maids are lovely, clean towels every day. Food nice with a good choice. Steak and fresh fish cooked for you at the stations, nothing runs out even if you’re the last in for food. Desserts a delight. Just watch for the blonde waitress if you want to bring your dessert out to have on your balcony with a coffee, she won’t let you if she sees you. ||Key cards a nuisance, they clear if put near your mobile phone and clear if they are not!!||Pool area enormous with ample sun beds and a lovely pool which is maintained exceptionally

Returned back to venus with my mum April despite all the rain during our week we had a great time. Mum was struggling being on the 7th floor though.i have emailed the hotel to reqest a very low floor on our next visit end of July. |The staff from reception, bar staff restaurant staff and domestics was all very polite and lovely. Our cleaner for room 702 was amazing she was so friendly and nice.||The food was amazing with a good variety for everyone.|The restaurant is also spotless and staff lovely and friendly they work very hard.||The hotel is in a fabulous location close to all the shops bars restaurants.|We can not wait to go back all in all we have been to this hotel around 8 times and hopefully many more visits ahead.

Just back from our 10th visit..we love the Venus, however noticed that they are allowing groups of young guys (and girls) they never used to.|Unfortunately, one particular group were using language that was absolutely disgusting. They were loud and loutish and a total embarrassment, I was ashamed to be British.|I thought the choice of food in the buffet not as good as it used to be which was a bit disappointing.|That said, we will be back. The staff were lovely as always and the hotel is spotless with a fabulous pool area and the location is fab, just hope they sort out the appalling behaviour of the ones who spoil it for everyone else

Location|On a minor street near Jokers bar.||Four mins from promenade & beach with shops nearer. Lots of bars & clubs in close vicinity but far enough away not to cause a nuisance or noise.||Although you can get taxis from the hotel reception there is a taxi rank at the first junction if you turn right outside the hotel.||Reception & hotel|Efficient, polite, helpful & courteous.||Free WIFI throughout the hotel.||Security is a top priority. You need your room key to gain access to pool area, toilets and some of the lifts.||Room |Of adequate size with sufficient drawer & shelf space. Three lights in bedroom and good ceiling lights in bathroom. Good water pressure & plenty of hot water. Towels changed as required. TV with a few English channels including BBC1 & 2 but no ITV channels.||Free safe of a size to take an iPad.||Pool area|Pleanty of space and able to get sunbeds at any time. Pool towels available at reception at no charge.||Bar & Lounge|Bar serves the outside area as well from opening in wall.||There are waiters inside during the evening or you can go to the bar yourself.||Prices are very reasonable:|Bottle water €1.30|Bottle soft drink €2.20|Pint (Amstel) €3.50|Coffee €1.70||Entertainment every evening from 8:30pm.||Restaurant|Not a great deal of choice at dinner but sufficient and tasty. ||Breakfast has the usual choice of cereals, cold meats & full English. Fruit juices & drinks machines for which there were no queues.||I tried to get a white coffee from a machine. It comes out as half a cup of coffee solo, whichever machine you use. You have to fill the cup with hot milk to get a proper white coffee with resultant waste of milk.||Managed to get a table for each meal.||The restaurant staff are excellent - plates cleared extremely efficiently and tables reset quickly.||Car Park|Under the hotel with a daily charge.||There are 155 places. For some reason the hotel gave me space 76 which was the lower of the two car park levels with access down a steep ramp and bend. Space 76 is the furthest from the hotel entry point. I have no idea why I was given this parking spot when there was not a single other car on the lower level and only 3 on the upper level. My recommendation would be to ask for a space on the upper level if you are driving.||Overall|Well managed hotel, staff helpful & courteous, easy to get sunbeds, reasonably priced drinks and in a good location.
