Hotel Servigroup Venus

I went here solo. This hotel is definitely Not for solo people. I found it so hard to make any conversation with anyone. I got a Good morning of one gent on his own. Felt really lonely all thru the day. Left 5th July. Found the 2 barman so nice funny n friendly. Walked in on 1st July didn't even get a hi hello from lady on reception. Anyway payed more for bigger room wi lovely pool view balcony. So glad I did. Maids were so nice had my room spotless every day lovely happy ladies. Beds are so comfortable. Shower fantastic. Just not for me but would be great to go with friends. Went to Little Coopers at night had great night great staff met people I knew. So wasn't all bad. Just to feel it wasn't me on my way out I said to the gent Thank you for a lovely stay. Not even your welcome.🤨. All I'll say is go to Old town if you go solo so much better friendlier. Just thought I'd choice a smaller hotel thinking I'd meet people. Met 2 Gordie girl on first second day lovely girls. I do believe in service wi a smile being from Liverpool as we are all out going an friendly. Food ( breakfast spot on all English bacon sausages all different eggs. Scrambled pouched fried. Really nice.)

Been using this Hotel Venus for many years as it has everything I need and want as a disabled person. ALL staff are so helpful. Clean rooms with lovely beds and pillows, well serviced. Restaurant led by Florin, runs a happy working environment with great hospitality and good food! Reception staff more than helpful Be back again soon!

Shocking room, absolutely tiny. I could sit on the toilet and almost touch my bed!!! It was right next to the cleaning room which was noisy and used very early. I have been a regular customer over the years. There was no reward for loyalty. The total cost of my Jet2 holiday was approximately £750 for 4 nights and the standard of room for that cost was extremely poor. We were advised the hotel was quiet so there was absolutely no need to use these Tony box rooms that I and my fellow group members were allocated. After returning for 4 years we won't be back

Excellent hotel with Excellent staff. |It was our First time at Hotel Venus & we couldn’t fault it. |I Travelled with my Mum & my 19 month old Daughter. It was my Daughters first holiday abroad & All the staff, from the Hotel Manager, the receptionists, the restaurant staff and cleaners couldn’t be anymore welcoming, friendly or helpful throughout our whole stay. |The staff helped make our holiday extra special. We felt very welcomed, comfortable and relaxed at the hotel. ||The Hotel is close to the Beach and the main strip but you couldn’t hear much noise from the hotel itself so it helped with getting a good nights sleep.|We got fresh towels every day, our rooms were cleaned Daily & the variety of food was great too.||A special thanks to Raquel the receptionist, My Daughter took an instant like to her from the moment we checked in & Raquel made sure she chatted with her every day. This helped my Daughter feel more confident and comfortable, especially being so young & her first time abroad.||The restaurant staff were also extremely kind & helpful too, they’d always take time out of their busy schedule to stop and chat with Daughter.|We also met a member of the restaurant staff in the local mercado & although she was on her day off, she still took the time to help us find what we were looking for.||I’d definitely recommend this hotel.|Now a days It’s very rare to find a hotel with excellent customer service.|It’s a real gem of a place & we can’t wait to go back.

Just got back from 7 night stay at the venus. Everything perfect from start to finish. Staff lovely, room cleaned every day, clean towels etc and the food was delicious. Great choice, something to suit everyone's personal taste. Thank you for having us, really enjoyed our stay.

We have just come home from a 3 night visit to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday as a family of 5. |I can honestly say this is a really lovely hotel. I was a bit worried being only 3 stars but it’s so clean, rooms spotless (best cleaning we’ve had !) and comfy beds. |it was a bit compact in the room as we had a 3 bed room . But it wasn’t a problem. ||The hotel is opposite jokers so it can be noisy but the air con (which was so good ) drowned the noise out 🤣 ) |Yes there were a few large groups in the hotel but they were really respectful and just enjoying the sun and having a good time . |The hotel can’t help if people book large parties all by individual bookings ! ||Food was really decent too . Not masses of choice but what we had was delicious. The staff were all so friendly which is rare these days ! But the man who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome was the guy in the food hall . I wish I could remember his name ! He greeted us behind the counter the first day then looked after us from there on . |He’s an absolute credit to you ! |Thank you so much for an amazing stay . My son loved his trip and we will definitely return 😎

First time in Benidorm and it did not disappoint from the start of our 3 day break to the end. The staff at this hotel are fantastic as they are kind, attentive and go the extra mile. The bar service is good although probably 2 people during the day would be better particularly as the stag groups ordering 10-15 beers at a time never the less the staff on the bar are super efficient. Rooms have everything you need plenty of space in the wardrobe. Special mention to all the staff working in the restaurant, they are simply amazing. Service on food excellent customer service excellent. Love the fact you can buy wine and put in the fridge if you don’t drink it all ready for next meal. Thanks Servigroup Venus 😊 we will be back .

I have stayed many times with my mother at your group hotels and on this occasion we were both very satisfied by the stay. My only reservations are Jet2 large groups on the weekends which can be a unruly and drunk behaviour. However on this occasion it was not too bad. I do understand there are generations gaps and some ideas of fun are different. Especially in Benidorm. Our main concern were the room size which felt small and not to the same size and lightness as the Castilla. The hotel staff were on the whole excellent.i did feel for the restaurant staff who seemed to work very long days and continued shifts and appeared very rushed and under a lot of pressure to clear away. The staff have appeared happier on previous stays. I do commend the reply I received to a possible postponement query due to my mother being very ill prior to the holiday. the transfers were good speedy and efficient, though passport and getting to the transfer took nearly an hour (I didn't vote for Brexit) and I know this has nothing to do with you. The evening at the palace was excellent and please do not cut back on this. Food standard and choice was good throughout. An altogether very pleasant stay and hopefully we will return in October.
