I stayed at the hotel for a week in July 2025. The room was very well presented, very clean with a great atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful and most welcoming, with special thanks from me to Toni, Valerie and of course Marta, all of whom make you feel like its a home from home. For Toni nothing was too much trouble, and Marta made the mornings and early afternoons just that little bit special. The facilities in the room and the hotel were of a high spec, the rooms were cleaned a couple of times each day, with treats and gifts being left, which were a happy distraction. The food was of a high quality, very tasty and aesthetically pleasing. My only minor gripe (and it is minor) was on occasion, the food took a little longer to arrive, however whenever it did it was worth the wait. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Ses Pitreras, the place is so relaxed, so chilled, and I have some very happy memories and I will return one day to make some more.

Fantastic service & people. We had a great time @ the hotel. The service was excellent and the breakfast was perfect. Rooms and location were perfect. It was a great luxury experience in Ibiza. It is not possible to give 6 stars but we they deserve 6! Thanks for the great time ♥️ much love for Antonnio & the staff

I'm having a very unsatisfying experience with this hotel. I have booked a room which is not cancellable. 1 week before my arrival, my wife who is pregnant is facing medical issues preventing us from travelling. I have explained the issue in good faith and as the room is not cancellable, I completely understand the position of the hotel not to accept a refund despite the exceptional circumstances. Nonetheless, I just asked the possibility of a refund in case the hotel manages to sell the room to someone else, which would seem very fair to me considering the circumstances. I sent several requests and got answers avoiding to clearly refuse, basically ignoring the possibility. A clear lack of humanity. Even though the hotel is in its rights, I think clients expect some kind of flexibility in such sad circumstances. At least to be able to speak to the manager as I asked. Which is clearly not what we got from Ses Pitreras. We mostly got ignorance and formal / administrative answers.

We booked this hotel for our silver wedding anniversary and spent a lot of money. It is a nice enough hotel but not worth the prices it charges. It is in an area with nothing going on so you need taxis or a hire car to do anything at all. They rip you off for the hire car (you can hire the same car around the corner from the hotel for significantly less). They rip you off for the airport transfer - €100 for a 20minute ride - €25 in a taxi on the way back.|We had a 'jacuzzi' in our room which noone ever showed us how to use. A curtain poll fell off the wall on our arrival and the shower leaked so badly we were paddling around in water. |The breakfasts were limited and repetitive. No ambiance whatsoever in the hotel, even in peak season. The same piped 'ambiant'? dance music played all week. One member of staff was literally obsessed with towels and the towel swapping rituals - even when the hotel was only half full and we were having to use our allotted towels to mop up the leaking shower!!|No 'commercial gestures' at all for the shower issue. |We have been trying to contact the manager since our stay (during the stay even) about our issues and the huge sum of money spent on a room that simply wasn 't worth that (€455 per night) even before we had to deal with the leaks in the bathroom....|But we have heard nothing.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area with not a lot going on, but would be a great base to explore the Island. However, after having 2 rooms for long weekend, they refused to give us a room for an hour to shower and change in for a late flight when they were less than 50% occupied. They also deemed to charge us for a towel that had a make-up stain on when we had spent a lot of money with them. Therefore we will never return, as in all my years of travelling these 2 things have never happened to me before and they obviously cannot see the bigger picture.

Nicely designed boutique hotel. Perfect for a personal retreat. High personal attention. Large, clean rooms. A very nice pool area. We enjoyed Antonio's anticipation of our wishes be it for restaurant and activity recommendations, the breakfast, a birthday surprise or drinks. The hotel is in walking distance to a nice beach and a handful of restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Myself and wife stayed at Hotel Ses Pitreras for 12 days for our honeymoon, we arranged to be picked up by the hotels private transfer avoiding the long taxi queue Ibiza airport. Alberto the hotel owner collected us in a beautiful VW id.buzz once all of our baggage was loaded into the vehicle we set away to the hotel which is 25-30 mins away so not far at all, when we arrive at the hotel we were blown away by the facilities, the staff and the room, we booked the Attic Room which was magnificent and highly recommended any couple to go for. The breakfast everyday was delicious it came with a choice of juices and a selection of smalls meats cheeses and pastries, served with a main breakfast meal. The facilities are second to none but the most impressive thing was the staff, they are exceptional, they couldn’t do enough for me and my wife from organising taxis, dinner reservations at places that were fully booked online and advising us on the best places to visit on the island. If you’re looking to book this hotel you won’t be disappointed at all it’s a hidden gem of luxury and relaxation. The perfect oasis. Thank you to the Ses Pitreras team for a wonderful experience Muy Bien.
