A really solid budget option in Zone 1. Room was super clean, hot water, they also provide drinking water free for refills on each floor. Luis the receptionist was super nice. They’re also in a really good location close to amazing restaurants and the city center. Would recommend.

The location would be great if they had rooms. They allow you to book but then try to switch you to another hotel

Rooms were clean. Hot water. Parking garage. My only complaint is that we had a room on the main floor where the restaurant and lobby are. We could hear noise starting at 5 AM. People talking, kids running around and the smell of food from the restaurant.

Gets the job done! Not the prettiest rooms but it's very clean, centrally located, and affordable. Perfect for a stop en route to the airport.

Stayed for 3 nights, comfy bed good wifi in my room on 4th floor bit noisy with traffic and planes but slept well. Nobody on the staff speaks English but friendly. Looks a bit shabby but is clean good hot shower. Close to Transmetro and pedestrian shopping street and central square. Only ate in the restaurant once was ok but not awe-inspiring, would use again!! 😎

Basically you get what you pay for... and a little less. ||||Pros:||- Price||- Clean||- Spacious rooms||- Security Guard||||Cons:||- Room was cold as Windows just shatter ||- Hot water only at certain times ||- Good quality of wifi, but it regularly lost its internet connection for an hour||- Safe at the reception not available as only the boss seems to have a key||- It's not s place to walk outside after 8pm||- Very, Very Loud (Although Im used to sleeping in loud cities)||||I wouldn't stay there again as I hardly got any sleep. Invest a bit more and you get better quality for your money.

If you simply have to stay in Zona 1, then this is probably one of the better choices when you compare what you get and what you pay. Zona 1 is reasonaly safe and fascinating by day, but not recommended to be walking around in once the sun starts to go down. The hotel is not particularly attractive on the eye, but it is well managed, safe, and clean. A big plus is a strong wifi signal in your room. My only complaint was lack of hot water. No matter what the hotel tell you, your shower will most likely run cold.

Three of us shared a double room at the Hotel Sevilla for the two nights we were in the Capital. The location is great, walking distance to 6 Avenida which means lots of good people watching, restaurants and bars. Our triple room cost $365Q. Nice to have shelving and hot water in the shower! WiFi was good and even worked in our room.||||While the front desk didn't speak much english, they were helpful getting our laundry done and arranging a cab to take us to the Tica bus station. I would definitely stay here again.
