Súper lindo y cómoda el hotel. El patio es uno de los mas bonitos que he visto. |||This hotel is super beautiful and very comfortable. Just two blocks from the plaza and quiet. Restaurant is super good too! Highly recommend if you are staying :)

When you enter the hotel from the street it's like stepping into a quiet oasis. Lovely atmosphere, extremely clean, comfortable beds. We were traveling with small kids and it was perfect. One of the nicest places we stayed on a 2-week road trip through the south of Peru. The staff was also very warm and helpful.

I stayed for 8 consecutive nights at this hotel in late September 2016 and had a very pleasant stay. The staff was always very helpful and accommodating. I got room 206 and was very satisfied: plenty of space, a small refrigerator in the room, a large closet where to put my clothes, and a sizable nice bathroom with a very good supply of hot water. This room was quiet and away from the noise that comes from the street ( Jr Libertad is an extremely busy street all day long). There was a good buffet breakfast which offered hot drinks (coffee, tea in bags), good bread, yogurt, butter and jelly, and you could ask for hot milk if you wanted it. At the lobby there is a constant supply of filtered water and hot water to prepare a coca tea (mate de coca). The hotel is very close to Plaza de Armas (just needed to walk 1/2 a block to Jr Callao and then walk 2 blocks). I did not use the free WiFi available. Overall, I only have good things to say about this hotel, which was a very nice discovery. I recommend it to other visitors without hesitation.

I spent ten nights in the hotel and so did not avoid Sunday morning when there is no breakfast provided, although the nightly rate is unchanged. One evening there was no flask of hot water in the lobby so I drank cold instant coffee (surprisingly pleasant). Breakfast the next day was late - they had run out of gas. Apart from these minor problems my stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the water in the shower hot.

The hotel has issues with its water pipes. My room had a foul smell coming from the bathroom pipes that was not solved by the cleaning staff. It was REALLY bad, every day. I didnt have water in the shower on my last day.|However, the rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast is basic but good enough. The hotel is quiet.

If you are going to Ayacucho, you must want to get a little off the typical Peruvian circuit. You will be rewarded with fewer developed accommodations and tourist oriented services. We stayed at Seville because the consensus first choice was full one of the nights we needed a room, but in the end we were happy with our stay. Seville is what I considered a basic "local tourist hotel". It is through a door shared with a restaurant and in the back of the courtyard - very quiet, as we never saw anyone eating in the restaurant. The room was large, we put the two twin beds together to make a nice "matrimonial", had cable TV and a refrigerator!! Had not seen one of those in a while and was nice to get our bottled water cold for the day. Even made some ice for my wife's sore ankle. The shower was hot and the WiFi worked most of the time in the room, but more reliable near the window or on the steps in the hall sitting under the router. Breakfast was subpar and not even offered on Sunday. We ended on on the square for breakfast both days, so felt we had the best of both worlds while in Ayacucho.

Although we had neither a microwave or fridge as mentioned by other travellers, our room was comfortable. There was a large closet (though only one coathanger), a large table with chair and one bedside lamp. The room was located over the reception area, but this was not a problem. The staff were exteremely friendly and helpful - particularly the American daughter of the owner, who made a number of calls on our behalf to organise a visit to a remowned Retablo maker. Breakfast was very satisfactory. If you like to shower in the morning, take note that the water is hotter later in the day, rather than first thing. Definitely recommended

Lovely staff, excellent location, attractive entrance way. Bkfst buffet consisted of juice, yogurt, wonderful chapla bread, and cheese. Amenities: There were a microwave and a refrig. in my room. Filtered water for your water bottles was available in the reception area. Laundry service was available at the Hotel; they charged by the piece of clothing.||Warnings: the overzealous cleaning staff threw out my water bottles twice. If you like quiet, ask for a room away from the reception area and from the adjacent restaurant. During my 6 days there, the electricity failed 4 times for a few min. each. However, I think this was an uncommon event.
