⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Delicious food and great service! The restaurant at Shreemaya Hotel is one of the best places to eat in Indore. The food quality is consistently excellent — fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Their North Indian and South Indian dishes are particularly good, and the desserts are a must-try. The service is quick and polite, and the staff really go out of their way to make you comfortable. The ambience is pleasant and family-friendly, though it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, The Pricing is on a higher side but a great dining experience. Perfect for family dinners or a relaxed meal with friends!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and attractively furnished. We were able to enjoy the rich and varied breakfast buffet and the delicious dinners in the restaurant for a whole week. You feel very well taken care of at this hotel.

Negatives first - despite my four star rating as the restaurant is a favourite childhood memory: |1. Too much surveillance. Having some 6 cameras at the front desk and a mandatory photo clicking at the desk even of kids feels very intrusive, and should not be mandatory. Photo ID is what the govt regulation says.| 2. The best and the not so good factor is the same, the staff. I have seen just own or two women working here but representation apart, the staff comprising mostly experienced and elderly men feels caring and a little ‘pokey’ at the same time. A secure place for a solo girl traveler but not at all a non judgemental one.||Now the good:|1. The management is ACTUALLY wonderful. During pickup their driver told me how the family run business is super caring for its employees and always supplies bonus at their family weddings or occasions, how they are so meticulous and how the management visits daily but starts in an unannounced manner, trying everything from the washroom to the kitchen food.||2. Clean rooms of varying sizes and facilities.||3. Excellent food! Best Tandoori chicken in India (and I live in Delhi and have tasted tandoori chicken from the restaurant that started serving it!)… excellent service… cribs and cots for infants at the restaurants…||3. Kiddo play area is wonderful.||4. Books!! You can borrow and return books and they are at every floor!!||So much warmth here. Shreemaya would always have my wishes.

We used to eat Shree Maya food since last 30+ years. Now since last few years, we live in Abu Dhabi and whenever we come to Indore, we rejoice coming to Shree Maya (SM). Today we ordered 1 plate Veg Crispy (VC), 1 plate Veg Seekh Kabab (VSK) and 2 plate Butter Paneer Masala (BPM). Below was the feedback of each of the item: 1. BPM: It was having less salt, thus, was tasting very chilly. 2. VC: Perhaps, this was the worst. Not only the taste was bad, but the quality was worst even. It was stale with some very sour taste. Some part was burnt and black. Lastly, some veggies smell and tasted very bad. It got wasted as nobody had. that. 3. VSK: It was ultra spicy. Even when we cherish spicy food, this VSK was not tasty at all. Very honestly, it was complete disappointment. We were never let down this much by SM. It seems SM had spoiled it's quality a lot and now just over hyped and will soon lose its glory, if not done something urgently.

This is one of the oldest and best hotels of the city. The food at the restaurant is to die for. All the menu items are surprisingly very delicious, special note to Indian cuisines. My all time favourite place to have a good quality meal when in the city. Highly recommended to have your meals here. Pure 5 star for food!! 👌👌

I stayed at Hotel Shreemaya indore and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very polite and welcoming, making you feel at home from the start. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all essentials. The food and bakery are excellent—fresh, tasty, and hygienic. The location is central, close to railway station and markets, which makes it very convenient. Overall, great value for money and a highly recommended stay in Indore.

⭐ 4/5 Stayed at Hotel Shrimaya for 3 days. Overall, a pleasant experience. Hotel is well located and easily accessible. Premises were clean and well maintained, with ample parking space. Staff were very polite, helpful, and attentive. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well stocked; housekeeping was reliable. Food was tasty and reasonably priced, though note that no buffet was served during our stay (à la carte was available). ✅ A comfortable stay with good service at a fair price. Would recommend.
