Hotel Sidhartha Agra

Stayed here for a night recently. Decent rooms - clean and tidy. Food and service are up to the mark as well. Best thing about the hotel is the location - right adjacent to the West Gate of Taj Mahal! The management is courteous. Overall a nice stay.

Our stay was wonderful! Just few steps from the iconic Taj Mahal, the hotel is located in a highly secure zone. The restaurant's food was absolutely delicious. My family and I enjoyed our time there, and we especially appreciated the easy early check-in. Booking through Goibibo resulted in a great deal.

I have recently stayed in this hotel on my last trip to Agra. its been a wonderful stay here. staffs were very cooperative and hospitable. rooms were cozy and comfortable. food was good. and specially the location which is amazing. its exactly within 100 meters from Taj Mahal West gate within restricted area. Had an wonderful experience here.

Do not go to this hotel. Staff are prejudice to Indians, and suck up to foreigners. Our Indian friend who we are travelling with was treated like scum infront of us, in a language we didn't speak. While identical rooms were booked for us all, staff attempted to place them in a lesser quality room. When confronted, the manager explained there was a language barrier and he didn't know he was our friend (thought he was "just" our driver). This is no excuse. Every person should be treated with the same respect. All of the rooms given to us were unclean and stank of sewage. Sheets were stained and provided glasses were dirty. If we hadn't arrived in evening already we would have left instantly. The ONLY redeeming feature is it's proximity to the Taj Mahal, but this does not make up for the prejudice of staff, uncleanliness, or the eyewatering stench from the bathrooms. Do not waste your money here, we took one for the team so you don't have to.

Rooms are small but very neat. Service is quick and prompt. Food is also very good. Best thing is it's location. Taj Mahal's western gate is just 2-3 minutes of walking distance

The hotel is located within the restricted zone and you can walk down the lane from the hotel and reach the West Gate of Taj which is only 80 to 100 metres away . The building consists of 21 rooms with AC and non AC facilities. AC DB rooms are available @2000/- per night which is negotiable.The attached AC restaurants has got its own flavours. The quality of food is quite good and not too costly Room service is available. The only cons is maintenance of the bathrooms. However you will feel a confidence amongst yourself being located nearest to the Taj.

Staff is very co-operative. Food is good at reasonable price. Rooms are neat and plus point its very near to the Taj Mahal.
