We saw them on hotels.com and chose them because, in comparison to others in the area, they are a good price, and they were close to where we were parked at the time. We didn't have a good signal on the phone, so, we arrived without any booking, which was no problem for them. The guy on the front desk was friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. ||||When we asked if they had gluten free bread (for the breakfast), he apologised that they didn't, but there was a supermarket down the road that was still open. If we bought some bread there, they'd be happy to heat it for me. No problem at all in my opinion (and actually turned out to be an advantage, as later in our tour we were prepared for other places that didn't have gluten free!).||||Our room was above the bar. It was a fairly generous size, with a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. Very clean, although a little rundown. The bed was comfortable. The free wi-fi worked with no problems. Breakfast was a buffet style, food was fairly generous, and a decent choice.||||If you want luxury and perfection, go somewhere else. But if you just want a comfortable and clean place to sleep, this is ideal.

I was in Berlin fr three nights and chose this little hotel cause needed a place near the airport. First look isn't something special but when I went to my room I found it to be very clean (and it was kept that way all the days I stayed there ), enough space and amenities for it's category. People working there were polite with me and helped me when I asked. Breakfast was very satisfactory. Public transportation is very close so I visited easily most of the city. It is a good choise if you're not looking for something luxurious.

Various members of our family stayed in this hotel for the weekend as we were attending a wedding in Berlin. ||||The hotel is poor to OK. The rooms above the bar & restaurant seem worse than the rooms in a separately building just down the road. My parents-in-law had a room in which many things were broken and not functioning. They changed after one night, but the staff were unhelpful. ||||Our room was OK - reasonable size with a wet room and TV, reasonably clean. But there was no internet, and only plugs on one side of the bed and in odd places in the room. ||It feels as if the hotel have bought up lots of small apartments which they run as a hotel. ||||The worst aspect was the unhelpful staff. We were due out of the hotel at 8am to start the wedding day. the sign on the hotel eating area (formerly the bar, with pool cues still on the walls) says that breakfast is at 8am on the weekends, but to ask if you want it earlier. 10 of us asked - we were refused. The lady was very rude and simply said the bakery wasn't open which was a lie as we ate breakfast round the corner at a bakery waiting for the u-Bahn, ||||Apparently the hotel is popular with construction workers during the week because it's cheap. It served a purpose but I'd say spend more and go to the Holiday Inn!

While the hotel is located close to the U and the airport, is reasonably priced and clean, they charged me twice for my room. When I noticed the error and notified them, their response was almost nonexistent. I wish I could claim misunderstanding on their part but the excuses they came up with as to why I could not be reimbursed were exceedingly lame and I can’t recommend the hotel given the hassle I’m going through.

The room was clean. The staff could be nicer. ||I was there for a week and I felt totally ignored.||The hotel is not beautiful or in a good neighborhood, but its ok.||The breakfast buffet was the best!||The wifi was bad.

This was the only hotel which had empty rooms that night in the whole Berlin. Room was clean, the owner was nice, called us a cab in the morning. The breakfast was tasty. Only the price was a little bit too high.

The man on the reception was very polite and helpfull. Room was with a TV & Internet. Clean towels an sheets. The hotel is really close to the airport which was important for me (5km around 10euro by taxi).|| | |

Very nice, family-run hotel in a quiet location, near U-Bahn and main street. Comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast and helpful staff. If I have a chance, I'd go there again.
