Hotel Sigulda

Beautiful, cosy, peaceful place to stay. Polite and very helpful staff (including the restaurant). Delicious and variable breakfast. We stayed with our two teenage children and all were very happy with the choice of the hotel, private, cosy, clean and comfortable rooms, SPA, meals and friendly staff. We would like to come here in spring or summer too! Best recommendations!

It was overall a surprising and enjoyable meal in a relatively small town. If you’re staying right at the hotel, it is a very good idea to just come right down. This place still has a homey vibe. Quite importantly you don’t feel like you’re being ripped off. Everywhere would be expensive, at least here you know it’s good and it’s right downstairs. I have to mention the goat cheese and red berry salad, it was stupendous. I loved the combination of the powerful cheese with fresh raspberries, I highly recommend it.

Our stay at the hotel was OK. The bed was perfect, the toilet was clean, the towels soft, on the whole - clean and comfortable. The receptionists downstairs were a bit laconic, not very polite. Nearby we found a pizzeria where to have beer and dinner. There were also other eating places, we didn't go to the hotel restaurant though, the prices there are too high.

We enjoyed a two night stay at Hotel Sigulda. The hotel is lovely and uniquely combines a splendidly renovated old building with new construction. The breakfast was very satisfying. We also dined in the restaurant two nights and thought our dinners of venison and pasta with salmon were very tasty. The hotel was the perfect base to explore the nearby castles of the region from.

Overall very clean and comfortable, in a convenient central location. Decent restaurant and excellent breakfast buffet. Staff throughout were civil, but just provided a service, without making the extra effort to make you feel welcome.

We went to eat at the restaurant. The food was very good, the price was reasonable. Very good service from "Daniels" (I think that's his name). If we go back we will repeat!

Cozy hotel which is located at the very heart of Sigulda. Good spot if you want to explore Sigulda and it's surroundings. Small spa area with saunas which can be rented privately. Breakfast is nice and filling. Rooms are clean, in good condition and well equipped.

Good place to stay and spend a good time. Good location in the central part of the town
