What confused me about this hotel is that they offer a lot of amenities that travelers might not use, yet basic necessities were missing. For example, our room didn’t have a toilet brush, which made it awkward to leave the bathroom clean. Additionally, the shower gel hadn’t been refilled. We informed the staff, and while they said it might be refilled, it wasn’t during our one-night stay. On the positive side, we requested a kettle and received one, though only paper cups were available. The rooms looked quite worn and in need of some updates. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient that for a 15 EUR extra charge, we could park our rental car at the hotel, as there didn’t seem to be any available parking spots nearby — all surrounding areas were packed with cars.

A stylish hotel located next to large shopping centers. The parking lot is paid, but it’s a huge advantage since parking in the city is tricky. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The corridors had music playing, which was nice during the day, but it would be better if it was turned off at night as it could be heard in the room. Breakfast wasn’t very diverse, but there was enough to find something satisfying. The spa area on the top floor was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city and the distant Anaga Mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A lovely surprise was the relaxation area near our room in the corridor, where we could enjoy complimentary coffee, small desserts, and fruits. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, amenities, and excellent service!

Absolutely terrible experience at this overpriced and filthy hotel with the most unfriendly staff imaginable. We endured three sleepless nights due to the constant noise, and the bathroom was disgustingly unclean. The breakfast was painfully basic, but the worst part was the staff—rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to our needs. We chose this hotel based on its so-called "good reviews," but it's beyond comprehension how anyone could rate this place positively. Save yourself the trouble: avoid this hotel at all costs. And if you do end up here, don’t waste your money on the club rooms; the "club" is just a sad coffee area with flimsy paper cups and a few stale cookies.

A very good hotel overall with a number of advantages: - location is central and convenient - rooms very good size (we had a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable) - good powerful shower - very good breakfast - nice rooftop area with great jacuzzi and sauna facilities - parking easy to access and reasonable cost LOVED the lifts! Some slight downsides for us: - gym wasn't very well equipped (no dumbbells just kettlebells, only one of each cardio machine) - selection at the bar quite limited and staff a bit unenthusiastic - the area the hotel is in is very shopping oriented and can be noisy Overall a good base and decent value

The hotel itself was satisfactory, but we were extremely disappointed with the service provided by a staff member named Cecilia. We stayed at the hotel during Christmas and went on a week-long cruise. On January 1st, we had a flight back and requested to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours, as all public luggage lockers were closed that day.We even offered to pay for the service, but Cecilia refused, citing a need to reserve the space for other clients. However, we noticed the storage area was largely empty. This lack of assistance, especially for returning guests and in a special circumstance, felt unnecessarily cold and unhelpful during the New Year. This experience has left us disappointed, and we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Booked for a couple of days. The room was pretty dirty - wanted to change it but instead the cleaning lady was sent wich resolved some basic things like not properly sanitized toilet seats. Day to day cleaning is also a problem. The only thing which is a plus - a perfect breakfast.

Extremely noisy (Club rooms), old-fashioned rooms and unfriendly service. Breakfast is okay but nothing worth mentioning. Not worth the money...
