The pros on this hotel are that it is very well located, easy to get to, and the hotel parking garage is easy to use and not expensive. The staff let us park several hours before we checked in and to stay a few hours after. This was appreciated and worked well with our travel schedule. Another pro is that the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite, which was spacious and nicely laid out. Unfortunately, it was not especially clean, which is why I cannot give a higher rating. There was a large stain on part of the floor, several stains on the walls, the drapes had holes in them, and the bathroom smelled of mildew. This is really frustrating because the room itself is modern and generally in good condition, and the staff are really good. If the room had been properly clean, this would easily have been a 5-star review. As it is, this one experience is enough for us to look to a different hotel the next time we are in Santa Cruz.

The water in the sink in my room wouldn't drain away. On the second night I noticed tiny flies in and around the plug hole. There were hairs hanging from the drain pipe under the sink. It looked very much like they had come from inside the outlet pipe. There was an ironing service available, but no iron and ironing table to lend me. I arrived at 21:00 and didn't have time to wait for an ironing service. Location is excellent for visiting Santa Cruz. Views from top floor are worth seeing. Parking in basement is well priced. No coffee/tea facilities nor even a (complimentary) bottle of water in the room. Breakfast is 18€ which seems scandalous to me.

What confused me about this hotel is that they offer a lot of amenities that travelers might not use, yet basic necessities were missing. For example, our room didn’t have a toilet brush, which made it awkward to leave the bathroom clean. Additionally, the shower gel hadn’t been refilled. We informed the staff, and while they said it might be refilled, it wasn’t during our one-night stay. On the positive side, we requested a kettle and received one, though only paper cups were available. The rooms looked quite worn and in need of some updates. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient that for a 15 EUR extra charge, we could park our rental car at the hotel, as there didn’t seem to be any available parking spots nearby — all surrounding areas were packed with cars.

Comfortable room, facilities in the room can be considered good. Location also strategic, eatery just within walking distance. Shopping and grocery mall next to this hotel. However staff in the restaurant not so pleasant. I ordered beef steak, but it was really hard to chew, like eating rubber.

Nice hotel, in the shopping area of Santa Cruz. If you are looking for good views ask not to be in the Silken Club rooms....they are an underground walk to a different building and the view id of a shopping centre. The Sook restaurant is nice and services nice tapas. There is a big shopping centre just across the road.

A stylish hotel located next to large shopping centers. The parking lot is paid, but it’s a huge advantage since parking in the city is tricky. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The corridors had music playing, which was nice during the day, but it would be better if it was turned off at night as it could be heard in the room. Breakfast wasn’t very diverse, but there was enough to find something satisfying. The spa area on the top floor was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city and the distant Anaga Mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A lovely surprise was the relaxation area near our room in the corridor, where we could enjoy complimentary coffee, small desserts, and fruits. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, amenities, and excellent service!

Absolutely terrible experience at this overpriced and filthy hotel with the most unfriendly staff imaginable. We endured three sleepless nights due to the constant noise, and the bathroom was disgustingly unclean. The breakfast was painfully basic, but the worst part was the staff—rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to our needs. We chose this hotel based on its so-called "good reviews," but it's beyond comprehension how anyone could rate this place positively. Save yourself the trouble: avoid this hotel at all costs. And if you do end up here, don’t waste your money on the club rooms; the "club" is just a sad coffee area with flimsy paper cups and a few stale cookies.

The hotelIs clean and adequate.I arrived fairly late and unfortunately there wasn’t anything in the nearby area to eat or drink but it is more a port town. The hotelWas everything that I expected and a great room for a very reasonable price
