The location and staff are what make this hotel! The rooms are modern and clean. We had a wonderful experience with all of the staff who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for while staying at the hotel. They recommended great restaurants too. It's an excellent location in the heart of Lyon!

This quint little hotel is in the middle of the city where most of the attractions and many restaurants are of walking distance. Very convenient. Our hotel room is one of the bigger size rooms to accommodate our child. It has air conditioning and was working very well for an August stay. The room is very clean and bathroom is well stocked with cleaning amenities. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating; we even got free breakfast because our check in was delayed due to cleaning volume that day. It was not a problem because we left our luggage with the front desk and explored the neighborhood because the hotel is so well located. Overall, it was a very good experience at this hotel. Will stay again if we come back to Lyon.

We had the BEST stay at Hotel Silky. My spouse and I were there for six days for work and fun. Our room (a twin standard) was cute, clean, and comfortable with a gorgeous view of Fouvrière hill. Close to tons of shopping and restos, plus easy access to metro, trams, and bus. Cold water (still and sparkling) and coffee always available in the lobby. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious, too.||The best part was the friendly, helpful staff. Anything you need, just ask; we needed help mailing a box to the US and they were great. One day, the electricity went out in the building, including the elevator. They worked overtime to make sure we were okay and kept us up to date on the repairs. They offered to help carry and assist us on the stairs, and I saw them help an older couple relocate to another hotel on them. When we checked out, they even gave us a special gift (an insanely delicious la praluline) as a thank you for bearing with them for the inconvenience (which was minor). Also, they never made me feel uncomfortable about my beginner’s French but let me practice (and also switched to English easily, of course).||We recommend this place highly and will definitely go back. We loved our stay here! It’s the perfect central location. Rooms were a great size and the customer service was great! They had free carafes you could fill up with still or sparkling water and take back to your room. I also loved that they had free coffee and tea in the rooms and lobby. We were able to leave our luggage while we waiting for our room to be done, as well as when we were checking out and had hours to kill before our train. Only issue we ran into was our room key stopped working a couple times due to it being the standard plastic card and if that stays near a device it messes with the magnet but they were great about fixing it quickly got us each time. Would stay here again!

Amazing little hotel located in middle of Lyon, we stayed with our boys, and they provided us with single beds room as we requested. Rooms & bathrooms are big and the beds are so comfortable. Very clean and the reception are very nice and helpful. We will come back again :)

Great hotel in the heart of Lyon. Very friendly staff. The rooms aren't very big, but they were enough for us. The breakfast is small but excellent. We'd be happy to come back.

An amazing little boutique hotel at a perfect location! We enjoyed the room and the friendliness of the hotel employees is wonderful! If we visit the beautiful city of Lyon again someday, we will surely return to this great hotel. We are looking back at a very pleasant stay in this hotel.

Hotel is located on a great area! Surrounded by restaurants, shopping stores and walkable streets! Rooms are big, at least the family one! Bathroom has a nice big tub but also a shower! You could also storage your bags and the people who works there are really nice! You could have sparkling water, coffee, water downstairs for free. So far has been the best hotel!
