This place is a joke. My expensive earbuds magically disappeared from my room and the staff acted like they couldn’t care less. No help, no apology, no responsibility — just blank faces and attitude. Whether they were lost, misplaced, or taken, the hotel’s response was the real insult. The food? Horrible. I’ve had better food at random street stalls at 3 AM. Tasteless, overpriced, and honestly feels like they don’t even try. For the money they charge, it’s almost disrespectful. The staff behavior was the final cherry on top — rude, arrogant, and completely clueless about customer service. I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. This was not a stay, this was punishment. Avoid this hotel like a plague. I’m warning you — spend your money anywhere else

The hotel is good and clean. Parking facilities are improving, and more space is being added — the work is still in progress. In the morning they parked my car outside the hotel premises near the bus stop this was not expected. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food is served at designated times and is not available 24/7. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely visit again and recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety with fresh and tasty options, including Indian and continental items. The staff serving breakfast were extremely courteous and ensured guests felt attended to. Food quality was consistently good, whether it was room service or dining at the restaurant. The hotel’s location is also excellent—close to prime areas, easy to navigate, and suitable for business as well as leisure travelers. Cab availability is never an issue, and essential shops and eateries are nearby. What truly sets Hotel Silver Inn apart is the staff’s genuine hospitality. They respond quickly to any request, whether it's arranging transportation, providing local guidance, or addressing small room queries. Overall, Hotel Silver Inn offers great value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, service quality, and convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay in the area.

The hotel is newly renovated but the rooms are very compact but neat and clean. I did not like the service as the room was freshly renovated but the plastics on the mattress was bot removed making it uncomfortable. No water provided in the room.

Awesome location, spacious rooms, value for money….above all one of the best food in Mumbai…especially their sushi n Dimpson.

Rooms are good. Service is okay. Restaurant food is pathetic. Mr. Narayan at reception is quite helpful.
