The basic room is extremely basic. But we had to change as they wouldn't not provide blankets. Which is uncommon. Also the room was dirty. Linen not clean. So we had to upgrade it. Not much better. Breakfast was not good at all.

The Price is cheap and provide good service. The staff are friendly. The hotel have infinity pool, horse riding for photo, for free Free buffet breakfast for your driver too.. The premise is very huge.. The villa location and the pool quite a distance to walk thru from the main building They still have a open space f or raise horses, goats and cows The building quite old and not in good maintenance. My room (not villa room), one side of wall papers looks moldy or dirty

With the price, you'll get a nice hotel. You can order food in their restaurant. For the food to be served, it took us almost 1 hour. But the taste is good. They have TV, no hot shower. They give kettle. They also have wifi too, but slow. The room is big, many parking space

I stayed 5 nights in a Deluxe room at this hotel for business travel, and it was an experience that I don't want to remember. The hotel staff doesn't care about cleanliness, healthiness, or guests. The hot shower in my room didn't work at all, the flush water in the toilet didn't work, and no technician came to my room to fix it. Even they didn't clean up your room daily if you did not ask and put your room key to the receptionist every morning. Don't bother to have breakfast at their restaurant since flies are everywhere. None of the staff had the initiative about the flies. None of the hotel staff wore health masks as health procedures in this pandemic. ||||We rented a big meeting room for our 3-day event for about thirty participants, unfortunately, no air conditioning was provided, the sound system was horrible (I even had to switch on the sound system every morning, due to no technician coming on time before the event started), and the windows were dirty. ||||On the fifth day, we rented a car from the hotel including the local driver for a 12-hour package to sightsee in five spots (mostly the beaches) in Sumba, and surprisingly the driver did not know the direction to the spots and had little experience of the destinations. In the end, we lost in an unknown area without a paved road, an Internet connection, no Google map to help us out. Totally lost. ||||The good side of this hotel is they have beautiful views, large buildings, and green surroundings. In general, I don't recommend this hotel and please find another alternative.

I am writing this review while staying in this hotel, well i have to say it is pretty okay giving the price, or so i thought. Stayed in one of the traditional house style villas, the room is okay, with all the things you need. Problem is it is very dirty, the mat was quite dirty and one of them has a dead squished bug thingy and there is a visible stain on the floor. The bed sheets are clean at hindsight, after i opened the blankets further, inside there are several bugs, one dead, some are still moving, god knows how long they have been in these sheets. I ask the room service to clean the mess up, thankfully the staffs are pretty quick to replace the sheets and all. The room was clean at last, but wait, it doesn't end there. Dinner time and i went out to get some grub. After i return back to my room, the bed was once again filled with dead mosquitos and some live ones. This place really is a mosquito heaven, being situated upon a small elevated ground, surrounded by local gardens, and forrest it is no surprise to encounter this amount of bugs. They will literally eat you in your sleep, thankfully the villa provides us with mosquito nets, so this solves that. If you want to stay in this place i guess its okay for a day or two, just don't forget to bring bug repellents, lotions and sprays because you'll need them. I don't know how their regular rooms would be and look like, but i think staying here once is enough for me, and i think i won't recommend this villa for now

This place looks run down from the outside, needs repainting. But Thank God the rooms are renovated. This hotel has high occupancy rate. Hence if you are a light sleeper you will be awakened by all the noise. Their curtains are not heavy enough to prevent any light into the room so you better bring your eye masks. It has nice outdoor lawn where you can look at deers, horses and cows. Staffs are friendly & responsive. I give them 4 stars because their restaurant is 24 hours & the food is pretty decent taste wise & price wise. You can book their organized tour. You can also buy tickets to go east sumba (waingapu) from their souvenir shop
