Hotel Sindbad

Dirty badsheets, dirty smelly pillowcase , smelly stained blanket, too much expensive for dirty rooms building was good, staff were polite. But in the end I'll not even recommand it to my ennemies + my room was on the first floor so it was noisy too because of the busy road i guess hhh

I had a very bad experience at Sinbad Hotel, Multan. The staff member at the reception, Mr. Safdar, was extremely rude and uncooperative. He lacked basic customer service skills and was not willing to listen properly. Such behavior can seriously harm the hotel's reputation and business. On the positive side, the hotel and rooms are beautiful, but the management must take immediate action and replace Mr. Safdar to ensure a better customer experience.

I reserved a room for my guest. He kept asking for water bottle as the bottle in room was finished even after 4 times and visiting reception 3 times he did not get any water for drinking so he had to sleep thirsty, and also bathroom tub was clogged and there was no wiper in washroom. This place does not have any kitchen so if you want to eat anything then you will have to order from outside.

Very bad service. if you want to sleep bring your own quilts and pillows because the ones they gave were extremely smelly and dirty. they dont have proper and timely services. totally not worth the money we paid to stay here for a night. bad management!

Disappointed after Attended preplanned event in the hall. The management of activities wasn't too good, serving plan was poor.even no of serving were not enough.servies aren't value to money.

One of the dirtiest hotel i have ever visited.. red or brown stains on bed sheets smelly pillows.. suffocation in rooms

Please don't get impressed by the appearance of hotel. Service is pathetic. Management is very poor. Very non cooperative. Beds, pillows and quilts were very smelly and filthy.Save your money and time.

i stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a rough experience. the room i was given had a mattress that was nice and firm on one side, and then the other side was completely sunken in, and you could literally feel the springs of the mattress. it was not something a person could sleep on at all. thankfully, the staff was understanding and switched the room. the next rooms mattress was okay, definitely not as sunken in as the previous one, but the AC was not working at all. we had to call a few times for the electrician to come and fix it. eventually, that was sorted out and then realized there was no blanket or wifi service at all. called the front desk about that as well, and they said they will send someone for a blanket. i didn’t receive the blanket for another hour, and that was right when i had fallen asleep too. at this point, i took it and tried sleeping however the AC was freezing. i think the highest temperature i put it in was 27C and it still was freezing, think it got stuck on the default 16C setting. the next morning, i shut the AC off and spent most of the day outside of the room. at night when i came back to turn it on, i think a bottle full worth of water shot out and went all over the bed. then, water started leaking from the sides of the unit as well. i was tired by this point, so i asked for a mattress and slept in a nearby relatives room. i even asked for a partial refund or something to compensate for that mess and the staff were unable to provide any of that. i would strongly suggest to not stay here if you actually want to sleep.
