We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Singer – Relais & Châteaux! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, always friendly and attentive.
There is, however, room for improvement regarding the food served from the kitchen. While the buffet during breakfast and dinner was well assorted and of good quality, some dishes—especially the soups—were disappointing and did not meet the high standards expected from a Relais & Châteaux property. The deserts were amazing though!
Booking was also a hassle, as we found a deal on TUI that was significantly different from what the hotel initially offered. Unfortunately, the booking manager was unable to match the TUI offer, so in the end, we had to book through the TUI website. But we would have prefered to book directly from the hotel instead of a third party.
The hotel also organized a cocktail event to meet the owners, which was a nice touch in theory, but felt a bit unnecessary. It gave us an uncomfortable feeling, more like being a guest in their private home rather than a customer in a hotel.
That being said, the location is unbeatable—right next to the Sonnalmbahn lift, which takes you directly to the highest point on the mountain. This made skiing and exploring the area incredibly convenient.
Overall, despite the minor food issues, booking inconvenience, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Singer to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming Alpine retreat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
