Hotel Singer – Relais und Châteaux

This is a very good hotel—charming, comfortable, and staffed by genuinely friendly people who make you feel truly welcome. The team showed great attentiveness in accommodating my wife's food allergy, which we deeply appreciated. The only downside, in our view, is the busy street in front of the hotel, which can be quite noisy

1350 meters above the sea. July the temperature was 15-20°C perfect weather for a walking. I slept 10 hours straight. Got up fresh full of energy. Lovely place.

Wonderful family run hotel with a special feel. Our room was amazing with great views of the snow capped mountains and fabulous bed / amenities. The pool and Spa area was outstanding.||We were half board and enjoyed all our Meals. High standard, excellent wine list. attentive service with Maitre D Thomas a true professional leading the way. Very special to be invited to a drinks reception to meet the family L. Florian Singer could not have been more hospitable and solicitous. We were not skiing ( for health reasons) and had plenty of alternatives recommended to us. We will return.

This hotel is just insanely good. Some of the food could be improved, but staff are super friendly, remember our names. One extra thing thay we like was the owner was there at dinner every night tp great the guests. We will for sure visit again.

A beautiful establishment located in a wonderful region, with a great restaurant. The service is outstanding, and the whole team truly embodies a strong sense of hospitality.

Fantastic hotel with an absolute 5-star experience. We’ve been here twice now both times with young children. The staff is very welcoming for all ages and the amenities in the hotel are suitable for everyone. Grownups can have a relaxing holiday with the spa, culinary highlights, possible excursions. Families can enjoy the swimmingpool, big family rooms and seeing their children enjoy themselves and being catered to in food and drink. We had an absolutely grand experience and look forward to returning. With regards to the location it was also perfect for the winter holiday. Next to the skilift in a medium-sized ski area perfect for beginning to intermediate skiers.

Everything is amazing about this home away from home. The hospitality is unbelievable and the staff is courteous beyond explanation. The facilities are top notch. Swimming pools and Spa facilities of the hotel are quite decent. The highlight is every day special 5 course dinner. The wine selection is amazing. You cant ask for a better gastronomical treat. If I forgot to mention, the hotel by the way is in the lap of the nature with outstanding views and location allows everyone for all ages to explore nature through hiking trails, lakes, waterfall. And this was just summer theme we could experience. Last but not the least, Singer family stays on the hotel property and you can see them eating breakfast or dinner along side hotel guests. Classic example of "Eat your own dogs food". Thank you hotel Singer and staff for a memorable stay :-)

I can recommend this hotel to everyone that appreciates luxury, excellent service, attention to detail, peace & quiet, gourmet dining, cosy bar, fantastic wellness-area and overall quality. ||Upon arrival we received a very warm and stressless welcome. Everything was as expected. We booked a junior suite with balcony in order to enjoy the wonderful view. The room was lovely and spacious. Food was excellent, wellness area like never seen before. During our stay we had the privilege to visit the hotel kitchen and wine cellar(s). Very impressive and informative as well!||A special thanks to Chef de Rang Akos whe took really good care of us at the restaurant and also to the young Bar Manager who took care of our every need. If you ever consider a fine cocktail, he's your guy!|People like these make sure that guests will return. Well done and thank you both!|I would also like to express our appreciation to the housekeeping-ladies for their efficiency! These people are forgotten too often!||Do we have any negative remarks? Not really, however we were a little surprised though that there was no "Mittagsjause" (Luncheon-buffet), contrary to all other hotels we visited in Austria during the last 20 years or so. The supplement for our little dog (€ 30.- daily) was also a little bit steap. Also the "suggestion" for tips (service & kitchen) on the restaurant/bar checks to be signed seemed a little odd in the beginning but ultimately this works very well!||Other than that, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. We thank the Singer-family & Team for the wonderful and relaxing stay we had. We will most certainly return! Thank you!

Absolutely the most comfortable, luxurious, and attentive hotel I have ever stayed at. It's the little things that make great service, and they understood this: personalized welcome, the same table/waiter at dinner every night (who again, greeted us by name), jam at departure. Add to the service the delicious food, luxurious spa, and beautiful room and view, and I can't give it a higher recommendation.
