Hotel Singer – Relais und Châteaux

Wonderful family run hotel with a special feel. Our room was amazing with great views of the snow capped mountains and fabulous bed / amenities. The pool and Spa area was outstanding.||We were half board and enjoyed all our Meals. High standard, excellent wine list. attentive service with Maitre D Thomas a true professional leading the way. Very special to be invited to a drinks reception to meet the family L. Florian Singer could not have been more hospitable and solicitous. We were not skiing ( for health reasons) and had plenty of alternatives recommended to us. We will return.

This hotel is just insanely good. Some of the food could be improved, but staff are super friendly, remember our names. One extra thing thay we like was the owner was there at dinner every night tp great the guests. We will for sure visit again.

Fantastic hotel with an absolute 5-star experience. We’ve been here twice now both times with young children. The staff is very welcoming for all ages and the amenities in the hotel are suitable for everyone. Grownups can have a relaxing holiday with the spa, culinary highlights, possible excursions. Families can enjoy the swimmingpool, big family rooms and seeing their children enjoy themselves and being catered to in food and drink. We had an absolutely grand experience and look forward to returning. With regards to the location it was also perfect for the winter holiday. Next to the skilift in a medium-sized ski area perfect for beginning to intermediate skiers.

Hotel Singer is top: the family character, the hospitality, the gastronomy, the genuine friendliness, the cleanliness, the direct proximity to the slopes, the wellness, ... We have been able to enjoy all this for 4 years and we will definitely come back next year. We would like to recommend Hotel Singer to everyone!

Everything is amazing about this home away from home. The hospitality is unbelievable and the staff is courteous beyond explanation. The facilities are top notch. Swimming pools and Spa facilities of the hotel are quite decent. The highlight is every day special 5 course dinner. The wine selection is amazing. You cant ask for a better gastronomical treat. If I forgot to mention, the hotel by the way is in the lap of the nature with outstanding views and location allows everyone for all ages to explore nature through hiking trails, lakes, waterfall. And this was just summer theme we could experience. Last but not the least, Singer family stays on the hotel property and you can see them eating breakfast or dinner along side hotel guests. Classic example of "Eat your own dogs food". Thank you hotel Singer and staff for a memorable stay :-)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Singer – Relais & Châteaux! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, always friendly and attentive. There is, however, room for improvement regarding the food served from the kitchen. While the buffet during breakfast and dinner was well assorted and of good quality, some dishes—especially the soups—were disappointing and did not meet the high standards expected from a Relais & Châteaux property. The deserts were amazing though! Booking was also a hassle, as we found a deal on TUI that was significantly different from what the hotel initially offered. Unfortunately, the booking manager was unable to match the TUI offer, so in the end, we had to book through the TUI website. But we would have prefered to book directly from the hotel instead of a third party. The hotel also organized a cocktail event to meet the owners, which was a nice touch in theory, but felt a bit unnecessary. It gave us an uncomfortable feeling, more like being a guest in their private home rather than a customer in a hotel. That being said, the location is unbeatable—right next to the Sonnalmbahn lift, which takes you directly to the highest point on the mountain. This made skiing and exploring the area incredibly convenient. Overall, despite the minor food issues, booking inconvenience, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Singer to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming Alpine retreat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Where to begin… the front desk, Eva and all of the ladies who did the welcoming were fantastic, it felt like home. The rooms, beautiful and well appointed. I recommend the mountain view. The beds are very comfortable, medium firm, soaps and shampoos are delightful. The spa, one of my favorites. Aromatherapy sauna, hot sauna, beautifully designed steam room, cold plunge, and glacier fed waterfall. Massages were excellent, and the additional relaxation rooms and pool were wonderful. Dining, a rotating menu each day and the staff were absolutely great. Ivan, Noah, and Akos were a joy. This place is paradise, well worth the additional journey from Innsbruck. Will be back.

My wife and I went away to celebrate a 40th birthday. As fans of skiing we both wanted a decent hotel next to the slopes.|Having skied in Austria once and never heard of Berwang I took a punt, which I'm happy to report paid off.|The hotel was full of warm, friendly and helpful staff. The décor tastefully traditional and flawlessly well kept & clean.|The silver service half board buffet breakfast was enough to keep you going until dinner time...which was a 6 course (including cheese) set menu. The food was exceptionally well served and presented and tasted fantastic.|The indoor to outdoor heated pool was a real gem. A new experience for me to go swimming surrounded by snow! We used the x3 sanas and also paid for a full body massage. |It would have been nice to have the option of a jacuzzi which was not available at the hotel/spa.|Also having tea and coffee available in the room and crackers to go with the cheese would have been a perfect touch but with few British guests visiting this isn't automatically provided. A kettle and tea/milk was swiftly provided once requested. The staff were always very attentive and friendly. ||The skiing at Berwang was great for the 5 nights we stayed. We used SunWeb services for the entire booking (including the flights, ski hire, lift passes and 1.5hr transfer from Innsbruck Airport) which went without issue.|Slopes are a mix of mostly blue and reds. A couple of small black runs. We didn't take our kids this time but facilities for small children on the slopes looked great. If your a keen skier who goes multiple times a year then you will not find Berwang particularly challenging, but extremely pleasant with some good mountain restaurants. |The ski hire shop was next to the hotel and being able to ski in and out was great. Also one of the main chair lifts is 30 meters from the hotel.|We did the night ski on the Thursday. Busy but an experience. Free ski show Tuesday night on the nearby slopes was enjoyable. |If your looking for a romantic get away with your partner then this hotel and ski resort is a fantastic choice.|If your looking for a lads holiday with tons of bars for Après Ski and challenging runs then look elsewhere. That being said the bar had great cocktails.|We will definitely return in future. An exemptional hotel run by an experienced and thoughtful family since the 1920's.

Absolutely the most comfortable, luxurious, and attentive hotel I have ever stayed at. It's the little things that make great service, and they understood this: personalized welcome, the same table/waiter at dinner every night (who again, greeted us by name), jam at departure. Add to the service the delicious food, luxurious spa, and beautiful room and view, and I can't give it a higher recommendation.
