We stayed at this hotel for two nights, paying €400, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations or justify the price. Upon booking, we were asked to cancel our reservation on Booking.com and rebook directly with the hotel, which was inconvenient and time-consuming.
When we arrived, we found that the radiator in our room wasn’t working, and despite requesting it to be fixed, nothing was done, nor were we updated. This meant our towels stayed damp after use, which was uncomfortable. For a four-star spa hotel, we also expected small luxury touches like body cream or a vanity kit, but these were missing, which is disappointing when you’re paying extra for what should be a premium experience.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the location was good, the bedding was soft, and the bed was very comfortable. However, these positives don’t make up for the lack of attention to detail and the service issues.
Overall, this hotel didn’t feel worth the €400 we spent. In comparison, other boutique hotels we’ve stayed at for similar prices provide far better service and thoughtful extras that elevate the stay. Sadly, we left feeling underwhelmed and wouldn’t return.
