Very ambient, wonderful room service, courteous staff. Breakfast at the restaurant is excellent. Hotel spirits is easily accessible because it's located in the heart of Pristina

The hotel is ideally located close to city center and main attractions. Room are quiet and very clean. There is a safe in the room. Staff is very nice and helpful.

A very centrally located hotel, where the city center is right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were large. ||The hotel service, such as laundry, was done super fast with highest priority. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

Wonderful staff. Location at the center. Close to nearly everything important! Very spacious! Parking provided. The food could be improved, though.

This is a place that could be good. Spotty internet. Water hot or cold depending on your luck. Can't get the safe to work in my room despite help from the staff. Need to ask decent coffee to the breakfast staff, as the one out of the machine was awful. The rest was really nice. Large room. Very good condition. A+ bed. Spotless. I may go back hoping they improve on the service

Great week’s stay for a conference. |The food was really fabulous, staff were very friendly and attentive and the rooms very comfortable. I will be recommending my organization comes back here for our next conference.

Nice hotel close to the city center, walking street and terraces. Beautiful, large and clean rooms. Nice atmosphere. Very kind staff. Rooftop restaurant offers a really beautiful view. The richest breakfast!
