Hotel Sivamurugan Kanyakumari

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sivamurgan in Kanyakumari and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The hotel's perfect blend of comfort, convenience and warm hospitality. They have balcony too for every room. The rooms were incredibly impressive, with stunning wooden interiors that gave us a regal feel. The cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. A huge plus point was the hotel's own parking area and driver restroom, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was also unbeatable, with the Kanyakumari temple and Vivekananda rock within walking distance. While the hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant, there are plenty of delicious options available nearby. But what truly made up for it was the stunning sunrise view from the hotel's terrace – absolutely breathtaking! Last but not least, the reception hospitality was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

We booked a Delux AC room for one night. As we had booked online, the check in process was very smooth. The receptionist was very friendly. The room was spacious, and towels, Toiletries were provided. The bedsheets were not fully clean. As soon as we informed the reception, they provided new ones. Location of the hotel is also good. There are lots of food options nearby. Sunrise point, Kanyakumari temple and boating point are all at a walkable distance.

COCKROACH INFESTED!!! Receptionist was rude . The rooms were big, but old. Fan was so loose , you would think it will fall at any time. The blankets were not washed The bathroom had so many cockroaches, even flying ones. I kept pouring water thinking it was a few. I used the sink in the room to wash myself . Never went to the bathroom. Couldn't wait to get out of there. My tour driver took me there saying it is good and it was late so I had no choice. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It's dirty and smells . The aircon also smells very bad.

It's a basic hotel but great & quick customer service. It near to the temple walking distance and also the sea port where you get boat to vivekanand rock memorial.You can see sun rise from the top floor of the hotel.

Good hotel to stay, nearer to vivekananda rock. They have sea facing room and specious .|Only lodging. Near by various restaurant is there. Behaviour of staff and manager is polite, always ready to help. They provide bed tea.hotel has own car parking space .

We stayed for one day. View from the hotel is good. But restaurant is not available at hotel. Room are neat & clean but old. Services & room are okay but costlier.

One of the worst hotel in kanyakumari, I stayed one night in the hotel on October with family after check out. They asked two day stayed amount when I asked they said your check out time over you stayed. So you have to pay two day rent. Manager 💪 and staffs are very rude and extremely arrogant and behaves badly with customer. It was a disgusting behaviour because every one will behave bodly with you marking u feel unwanted though you must pay rent otherwise not send. I have very bad experience. Be careful.
