Hotel Sixty3

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sixty3, right in the heart of Kota Kinabalu. The location is perfect — within walking distance to Suria Sabah, the waterfront, and plenty of great local eateries. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a big plus in KK’s warm weather. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure stays. Great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location l. U can easily get ur breakfast, lunch, dinner even ur supper here. The room is big and comfortable. Even it is located in City but the hotel inside is quiet. If i come to KK again definitely will stay to this hotel again.

Hotel situated in a very convenient town. Lot of eateries and convenient store within walking distance. Room ambience is comfortable and nice. Bed is comfortable. Wifi need to log in every hour. Overall is good.

We really love this hotel and always stay here whenever my family is in town. The location and overall experience have always been good. The room is clean, and both housekeeping and the front desk are super friendly and efficient. However, during this festive season, there were ongoing renovations that affected our stay. There was knocking and drilling noise as late as 7:30 pm, and it started again as early as 8 am. This was quite disturbing, especially during a holiday. We do wish the hotel could provide some quiet time, especially on Christmas Eve and public holidays, as many guests are here to rest and spend time with family. If you’re traveling with a baby or young children who need daytime naps or early rest, this might not be the best time to book. Other than the renovation noise, everything else was fine.

We stayed in the Hotel Sixty3 for 6 nights recently book-ending a great Sabah adventure arranged through Adventure Borneo. |The hotel couldn’t be more conveniently located with Gaya Street and Australia Place literally on the doorstep. The hotel itself is a bit dated and architecturally quirky – the disguised lifts in the foyer are just one example. The rooms and public areas are decorated with black and white photos of old Kota Kinabalu.||Our rooms were spacious and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The front desk staff were always smiling and helpful. And included in our room rate was a breakfast at the nearby Jesselton Hotel. There was a good choice of menu for the breakfast which had to be ordered the night before. |There is limited parking outside the hotel but that didn’t seem to affect the vans that came to pick us up for our sightseeing. |One afternoon the hot water ran out just as I wanted a shower, but that was an isolated occurrence.

Location superb. Right in the middle of everywhere. Lots of choices for food within reach by foot. Wifi need to log in every hour. TV channel is boring as there's no live TV channels. Room ambience comfortable.

My stay at Hotel 63 Kota Kinabalu was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended! 🌟

Every time I go tk kk, I must stay 63hotel.. because big room, very clean and fresh. Honestly this hotel very2 gud.. bank very2 near, for eating beside and downstairs have kopi ping dan tea shop.. every Friday to Sunday have pasar pagi and night market..
