This is an old property that doesn’t even have a lift. So, good luck if you are assigned a room on the top floor. The restaurant service is not good—they don’t deliver food to your room. If you’re staying on the top floor and want bed tea in the morning, you’ll need to go three floors down and wait approximately 40 minutes for it to be served.
Additionally, some guests staying in the room next to ours would talk loudly at midnight and play very loud music early in the morning. Despite visiting such a beautiful place, some people manage to ruin the experience for others.
On a positive note, the receptionist and restaurant staff were helpful.
