We have done stay in this hotel for uncountable times but the new staff in night named Mr Ankit very rude behaviour and not ready to accept the digilocker documents as we have already done the stay for many times with same digilocker docs . And he was arguing very bad . Very bad experience.

For safety, only the last four digits should be visible while hiding the rest. 3. No Complimentary Water: They do not provide complimentary water. You have to pay for it, and the only option is local Raizen water, not branded bottled water like Bisleri, Kinley, or Aqua Fresh. 4. Check for Cockroaches: Inspect under the bed for small cockroaches, as you might find a family there, which can be quite bothersome at night. 5. Bedsheet Cleanliness: Ensure the bedsheets are clean, as the hotel may have couples staying there. 6. AC Condition: Check the AC for issues, including broken windows. The AC condition can be poor, so ensure it is functional. 7. Bathroom Condition: Verify that the bathroom fixtures, such as the tap and toilet, are not broken and that the flush works properly. 8. TV and Online Ordering: Test the TV to ensure it works. Consider ordering food online to avoid overpriced meals from local shops. 9. Staff Behavior: The staff may be somewhat rude, but other aspects of the hotel are manageable.

Cockroach in the room, bathroom tap is leaking, you have to request the staff to use another room for taking a bath and using the toilet and that depends upon the availability of the room. No complementary breakfast is available while the stickers are displayed as complementary breakfast.

Worst experience I never had been before, brocken door lock of washroom,very unhigene, slang words speaking in front of my room's door by their staff

The room was good, but it was very small, and the bathroom was also quite compact. Additionally, the bedsheet was dirty, and cleanliness was not up to the mark.

Do not ever visit this hotel total waste of money there are many hotels in sakinaka but don’t do the mistake of visiting this hotel

I had booked the room for 16 Oct.my check in time was 12pm. One day before on 15th oct i had called them n informed them that i will come by before 2pm.On arrival my room was not ready.fisrt they gave me somemother room and later when i was in sleep at 11pm they woke me up tonshift the room. The hotel rooms are under mainteanca and the ground floor room are pathetic condition.
