We have done stay in this hotel for uncountable times but the new staff in night named Mr Ankit very rude behaviour and not ready to accept the digilocker documents as we have already done the stay for many times with same digilocker docs . And he was arguing very bad . Very bad experience.

Cockroach in the room, bathroom tap is leaking, you have to request the staff to use another room for taking a bath and using the toilet and that depends upon the availability of the room. No complementary breakfast is available while the stickers are displayed as complementary breakfast.

I had booked the room for 16 Oct.my check in time was 12pm. One day before on 15th oct i had called them n informed them that i will come by before 2pm.On arrival my room was not ready.fisrt they gave me somemother room and later when i was in sleep at 11pm they woke me up tonshift the room. The hotel rooms are under mainteanca and the ground floor room are pathetic condition.

The room was good, but it was very small, and the bathroom was also quite compact. Additionally, the bedsheet was dirty, and cleanliness was not up to the mark.

I had to travel to Mumbai on a one day trip with my family and I booked Hotel Skyway Inn after reading the reviews in TripAdvisor. I was not disappointed. The hotel was neat and tidy from the inside and the rooms were clean. TV was working properly and there was hot and cold water properly coming out from the taps. At the counter I found one Mr. Nafees Sir, who was extremely cooperative and polite and who permitted our family early check in without charging us anything extra. Overall, I found the hotel extremely good and suitable for family.||The only minus point of the hotel is the exterior look, which is not so good but I assure you, do not judge it by the exterior look. It is good from inside. Our family really liked it.

We all think the hotel will be good after hearing this type of hotel name. I realised this thing after staying one night at that hotel. The point is how we can trust anyone. They have rooms but they don't have any other things to lock the door except latch. And the latch is also opening from our side. So if you are going to this hotel there will be no exhaust fan or something like that. I think no one can stay here for a night or a day.
