Hotel Slovenska Plaža

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Slovenska Plaža! The service was truly outstanding — the staff were always polite, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. Our accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, which made our stay even more enjoyable.||The food was absolutely phenomenal, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that satisfied everyone in our group. The hotel also has two beautiful swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds available — and the best part is, there's no extra charge for using them!||I especially recommend this hotel for families with small children. It's safe, family-friendly, and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at — I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There were cockroaches, bugs, and ants in the room. To be fair, after we complained, they moved us to a slightly better room, but even there the balcony wasn’t in good condition. The reception was very far away — we had to walk about 10 minutes, which is horrible when it’s 40 degrees outside. On the last day, they promised to come and pick up our luggage so we wouldn’t have to carry everything ourselves, but no one showed up. We ended up having to walk to the reception with all our suitcases and bags. Their attitude is extremely irresponsible. The food was okay — not great, but tolerable. The staff speaks very little English or Russian. The only good thing about the hotel is its location in the city center, and that’s it. There was no animation or entertainment like in Turkish hotels, everything was at a very low level. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Mina and Keterina are so nice staff, they are so helpful and polite. All staff in the hotel is friendly and ready to give answers not only in English but also in Ukrainian and Russian. The food is also very tasty and there are a huge variety of meals for every tastes. In the hotel there are lots of activities to do, a few restaurants, shops and even turkish massage. Everywhere is quiet clean and beautiful (everything for your amazing photos). That’s the best place to have unforgettable holiday!!!

Absolutely unexplainable live music from the bar plays very late into the night, making it feel as if you are inside the bar itself. The staff is not helpful at all, they cannot change your room or assist you in any way. The phone doesn’t work in a room so you have to walk all the way to the reception like 5-7 min. So, if you are traveling with kids or simply want to rest, as everyone needs to, this is not the place for you.

This hotel is not. The location is very good and close to the center, but it is important to know that to get to the room you have to walk endlessly. Only with the suitcases they take you to the room without walking. The service of the employees is very poor and the attitude is shocking. The rooms are not tidy and not pleasant and there is no peace in the complex even at night. In short, unfortunately there is no possibility to sleep in peace. The dinner was varied but like a market. You have to fight to find a chair to sit and there is a lot of noise. Not recommended at all.

Hotel not for everyone. If you go sleep early, it can be disturbed by restaurants right below your window. Hotel clean and rooms clean and comfy but food is to skip. Another regret is talking to cana dinner juice staff which decided to not to talk to me anymore during our conversation:)

The territory is wonderful, incredibly beautiful nature. The hotel room is not very clean and a little old, but I liked everything else. The animators are wonderful, I want to note the animator Ivan, very positive and sociable, greetings to him from Viktoriia))

We got premium rooms but every night there was very loud music and people right outside of our door bc there was a restaurant- didn't get any sleep. We could hear everything through the walls. Closet door didn't work and another cabinets door scraped the floor. Check in was slow. Room cleaners did bad job- left dirty towels.
