Hotel SOCLO Toulouse

I was expecting a nice boutique hotel. What I found was far more than that. An utterly charming place—far beyond what the photos suggest—and truly comfortable. Thoughtful details throughout, a warm and lively colour palette, refined without any trace of pretence.||But above all, the people. A warm, natural, genuinely kind team who bring to life an old Romanian saying: it is people who make a place holy. A very personal approach, and a great deal of charm.||And as a bonus, an impressive, amazing brunch.

We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful hotel in a quiet street in Toulouse. The room was great, the garden and pool were very welcoming. You don't get much sun by the pool though so it's more to relax than to sunbathe. We had Sunday brunch whilst there and the food was amazing and plentiful. Overall a fantastic experience

Absolutely lovely Sunday Brunch! The welcome and service were truly excellent, making us feel instantly at home. The buffet was in the best way, clearly focused on quality, with every item being delicious. All of this was set in a truly relaxing and charming atmosphere. A perfect way to spend a Sunday!

We have just spent 7 nights in this hotel. I do not know where to start as everything was just fantastic. The hotel is in an excellent position for trams and trains yet is absolutely peaceful and tranquil. The beds are so comfortable and the staff who are all young people are amazing They work incrediby hard and always with a smile and are just so helpful and kind. The breakfast was so generous and contained everything from bowls of fresh-fruit, various yogurts, cereal, cooked eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese and a huge selection of cakes and gateaux and still more! It was the best breakfast we have ever had.|The hotel is delightful and we are so grateful to you for giving us such pleasure. We with never forget our trip. Of course Souki was the star of the hotel. Thank you for everything 💗 💕 💖 💗

This hotel is one of a kind. Stayed there a couple of time and last time, they even bought my brothers favourite Japanese whisky when I asked if they had it. They do go the extra mile, they live way beyond that! The brunch was delicious and we love the place!

Quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. So boutique, absolutely 100% no evidence of chain! Everything was immaculate, unique and the service was exceptional. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, this may be the best ever!

Scammed us. We paid for two nights for their topmost floor room (which has both a bathtub and a small balcony). When we arrive, they take us to the lower level room (which was cheaper). When we asked, they said both rooms are the same, and only the lower room has a bathtub. We then called back to reception and informed them that we checked our receipt and that we would like the room we paid for anyway. They said it was booked that day, and that we can have it the next day. Turns out the room we paid two nights for does actually have a bathtub. They never refunded us the price difference for the cheaper room. The deluxe room also ended up having glaring quality issues (broken toilet brush, broken USB port that makes a high pitch noise right next to the bed). We complained to the French authorities, but not much came out of that either. Not a single apology from the hotel staff either.

Stayed for 4 nights in room 401. The location is fab. The rooms are well thought out practical but still with a nice |Unique feel. The courtyard is a little oasis as is the pool area. However what made my stay was the staff - while young they are a credit to the hotel. Friendly , helpful & always with smile so refreshing as a guest.
