We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with everything. The hotel was extremely clean, and our room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was very good and served in a pleasant space with a street view, not in a basement like in many other hotels. It made the mornings much more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is always someone at the reception, and they were very helpful. You can leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in or if you leave later in the day, which was very convenient. They even lent us an iron when we needed one. There is also a nice common area where you can sit during the day, including the breakfast room where you can relax and have a coffee. The location is also great: about 10 minutes from the metro/tram station, 15 minutes from the city center, and only 4 minutes from the train station. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel So’Co in Nice! I booked a triple room for 7 days 6 nights and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and very clean, we could fit three large suitcases comfortably and still had plenty of space to move around. There was also a fridge and more than enough storage for all our belongings, which made the stay really convenient. The bathroom was also spacious and spotless, and having a bathtub was a big plus. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. The location is perfect. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to Nice-Ville train station and 10 minutes to the city center, which made getting around super easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Considering the affordable price and the facilities we got, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice.

This is a great budget hotel situated 2/3 minutes walk from Nice Ville station. Cool little reception area with some funky furnishings, flavoured water also a nice touch. Rooms are smallish but well appointed with nice linens and towels. Very good breakfast choice too. It’s a 25 minute walk to the old town or a couple of stops on the tram. But we were very happy with our choice of staying here

Very nice hotel at a good location in Nice! The only difficult was the parking that was a bit expensive opposite. But with 20 minutes walk you can be in the Promenade des Anglais! Very friendly service and nice lobby. We also liked a lot that they offered free good coffee, free Kusmi Tea, free sparkling and still water! In a quite area also. Comfortable beds too. Very good value for money. The only thing was tha the bathroom tiles were not so clean and it needed a bit of refurbishment.

We stayed at this hotel in Nice and we had great experience. This hotel was only five minutes from the train station and check-in. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were very not super modern but cute, quiet and comfortable . We even had a little balcony. Free 24 hour coffee and water fill station was a huge plus in a city where water will cost €2,00. 15 minute walk to old town and the beach. Definitely recommended.

The room was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet despite facing the street. The hotel is close to the bus and tram stops, so we could easily get around Nice. I am gluten-sensitive and I was given bread rolls and cakes for breakfast. You can drink coffee and water for free all day in the breakfast room. Since it was my birthday on the day we arrived, my children organized a surprise for me with the help of the hotel staff. Thank you very much for your kindness, we had a great time.

Amazing cozy and modern hotel right in the center of Nice . Amazing staff, friendly atmosphere , stylish design and tasty breakfast . Very much recommended !

So I checked in here while waiting for my train at the train station, which is about a six minute walk from this hotel because I saw on their website that they offered day rentals, which was perfect . However, I noticed online they did not have a separate price or a separate area to book exclusively for day occupancy. I had hoped that prices would be cheaper. I was wrong. upon walking to the hotel and inquiring with the receptionist, she quoted me at €65 for date occupancy ( until 6pm ) to which I replied that I could've booked an entire night for €49 on the website. She then agreed to give me the €49 price ... but I did feel like I was paying more than I should, / more than a local person a.k.a. the tourist tax. The room itself is fine, but it really doesn't that much look that much like the photos ... so if you're working this place based on the photos like I did, just prepared to be catfished a little . I would've given this place three stars if I felt the receptionist wasn't trying to take advantage and if I had felt I paid a fair price as I didn't expect that much for a three star hotel in France ( they are notoriously lower quality also half the price of three star hotels in America).

This hotel is very chic and modern. I had to get use to the small rooms but I was told this was average for France. The rooms were only big enough to sleep and shower. This was fine for me because there was so much to do in beautiful Nice. The staff was friendly and most of them spoke English so that was helpful. They also have complimentary breakfast from 730 to 1030. If you don't make it down during that time they usually leave out fruit and croissants you can have on your way out. The location of the hotel is convenient it was 14 mins away from the airport and walking distance to the train station. I also suggest getting tickets for the hop on hop off bus because there is a stop right by the hotel. The bus will take your all over Nice and a bus comes every 30 minutes. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would book again.

We were excited to stay here because they claimed to have air conditioning and be non-smoking. However, although you think you are controlling your air conditioner, it turns out the hotel has control over it but they don't tell you this. When the room remained at 79 degrees during the first 2 days, we asked the front desk and found out they needed to set it for us. They said they would set it to 68 degrees for us. When still nothing changed, they said they would send someone to fix it the next day. When this didn't happen, the front desk said the air conditioning doesn't get turned on until spring and only goes through summer. We stayed the last week of March and spring officially started March 20th so not sure why it wasn't considered spring, especially because 79 degrees is way too hot and nowhere is it mentioned that they don't have air conditioning all year round. They told us we could open the window/balcony door but the smoke from the surrounding rooms was so strong that wasn't an option. We were clearly given the run around as well, which is unacceptable. They ended up offering us breakfast for the last 2 days when I continued to press the issue. I was going to stay at Ibis down the street and wish I had. On top of this, the bottom sheet had a blood stain on it. I will definitely not be staying here again and wanted to be sure to write this review so others know this is false advertising about air conditioning. The hotel we stayed at by the airport on our last night (Novotel Arenas) was actually non-smoking and did have air conditioning. The only thing my husband cares about when choosing a hotel is that is has air conditioning. We wanted to have a non-smoking hotel with a queen bed and air conditioning so we could be sure to sleep well for our long days of sightseeing. Very disappointing and overall unacceptable.
