Loved this small place: great location near downtown; friendly and helpful staff; nice and clean rooms; incredibly rich breakfast, both in quality and quantity. |Two things I didn't like: (1) no shower curtain, the whole bathroom gets soaked when taking a shower; (2) parking is not free.

Very nice, tiny little hotel, not far away from the city center. The room was tidy and clean. The breakfast was remarkably good, with a huge variety of cheese, sausage, vegetables and some sweets like baklava, along with some fruits. The service was extraordinary attentive and always wanted to help and give good advice. Strongly recommended! Bojana and Robert

Smaller hotel with everything you need for a satisfying stay. Cozy little room, AC in the room was a success. Fresh toilet/bathroom with shower. The breakfast was good with perfect service. The girls at the reception speak perfect English, very helpful and polite. Will defensively return.

(+) Eclectic local breakfast options, incl. eggs in various form cooked to order. Extremely good double espresso. Comfort room was tidy and got freshened up every morning. Enough towels! Attentive staff that was being helpful in exploring the town. When back in Niš, I know where to book! (-) Room had only opaque window panes and wasn't 100% sound proof (the mini fridge; the reception/bar just one flight of stairs away). Carpets slightly threadbare and exposing the limits of otherwise impeccable cleaning.

The positive, is about the people, friendly and eager to help. The negative is when you arrive in the middle of the night because of a very late flight, there are several things to fix before sleeping and it was quite annoying :The smell of cigarettes in the room is terrible and irritating, internet is not working, can't stop this noisy air conditioning without turning off all the electric in the room but your phone doesn't charge then, some issue with the curtains, where's the blanket... Not that far away from something good, good luck to the team to fix these things

Stayed here for 4 nights in September and found it to be a wonderful place to stay in NIS. Though small, it made up with good and friendly service. And love the breakfast with variety of local pastries and sweets. BTW, there is a famous local Serbian restaurant with great food that you must definitely visit.

After two years I am back again in this hotel. Before I rated this hotel with 5* and I do the same again. Clean and confortable rooms, very very nice and polite staff. Zorana, Sandra and other girl (sorry, forgot the name) were all very friendly and helpfull. ||Parking was not a problem, 2 parking slots are aside + you can park on the path infront of the hotel (limited number). ||||Breakfast is great. Little local specialities, fresh pencakes was everything I needed. ||||I will definitely come soon again. ||||Tip: If you are tired, close by (4 min walk) is a ZEN massage centre. 2 years ago we were there. This time unfortunatelly they were full. Prebooking recommendable.
